4.4 · 253 reviewsGood Luck getting in touch with anybody at this place. If you call it says stay on the line for an operator, then says "Sorry I cannot do that" and hangs up. If try any of the staff extensions on the webpage it does the same thing. And the email contact form also does not work.
I found out about Vestal Park because my cousin has been here for a year or so. I think it's so nice I was able to get a friend in there for rehab , probably assisted living. He is very happy about that. There's always plenty of friendly, happy staff, very clean, the meals are very nice and it is just a nice place to be. I'm glad both of them are there.
My sister seems to be happy here. She seems to sleep and eat well. She is loved there and I have been told she is an encourager to others.

Friendly, helpful staff while visiting for the first time. Clean facility. I love that there’s pets and puzzles in common areas for the residents.
No bed pans in the room when a patient is unable to stand. It took almost an hour for bedpan to be available because they are locked up. It was explained that the patient was cleaned up afterward so it's not a problem. I explained it is a problem when a man's dignity is taken away from him for no reasonable reason.
Clean, staff kind and generally thorough, overall staff in all departments tend to be available, helpful and generally knowledgeable. Physical therapy for rehabilitation was very good and often quite insistent regarding PT Exercises. This is to work toward successful patient recovery.
