You pay an extra money for a pet deposit and then when something goes wrong that The pet doesn’t even do or cause it just what they decided she had a cat for 19 years. Then they told my family that we had to tell her that she have to get rid of or Put the cat to sleep. Just think what they do to your loved ones. All over a plug toilet.
I’ve been asked to be an ambassador! I love to welcome, help and get to know people! I REALLY think something needs to be done to improve the dining room food!
It is a beautiful residence with caring, friendly staff. We recommend it highly to anyone who needs a facility for your loved one. We had help moving in and were allowed to bring some of our own furniture.

The facility and staff Are friendly and outgoing, but they could use more Is knowledge what they're doing. The menu is always the same. And whoever is cooking doesn't know how to cook. The food is overcooked and cold. The dining room staff always seems to be confused. Very unorganized.
Very close to family and the staff seemed genuinely nice and friendly. Everyone I talked to is very well informed and very fast with answers.
As with anywhere a loved one is placed, always have an advocate. Pleasant and comfortable staff, accommodations and activities.
5 for all categories! I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Castle Gardens to other families based on the experience I have had so far.
The Apartments themselves are nice. I have a friend who lives here. Many of the residents don't like the food served at the restaurant, and they have been resistant to changing it. Also, the heat and ac are very hard to get regulated. Most of the time, the temperature is way too hot during the day and too cold at night from what my friend told me. There are several helpful and kind employees and a couple that are not.
