3.9 · 115 reviewsFirst thing I noticed was how clean the place is. The employees are outstanding. My sister is not an easy person. Right to end they took excellent care of her.
While visiting my aunt, I was greeted by a friendly staff and a happy environment. Van duyn center for rehabilitation and nursing was without doubt a great choice for my aunt. Seeing her happy makes me happy.
Horrific. I wish I could post pictures I took. Filthy. Missing food on every single tray. Dirty silverware, no TV, no trash cans whatsoever in room or bathroom, dirty diapers on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

I am a current resident and have had several problems getting anyone to respond to my call bell or to repeated requests to meet in person. I am here because I broke my kneecap and cannot put any weight on it so am bedridden for now. I need to use a bed pan to pee. I have waited hours before anyone responds, sometimes sitting in my own per when I can’t hold it any longer. A few times I have been left on the bedpan which is very painful - once for more than an hour! Last night I did not get any dinner - this is the 2nd time nothing has come. The first time a very nice side made me a sandwich. This time I spoke to 3 different people. No one was able to get me anything. Vey unhappy with the lack of caring or respect. A couple of the aides have been wonderful but many are more interested in their phones than providing care. My therapists are a bright spot and have been very helpful . Overall I cannot recommend you send anyone here that you care about.
My mom was there. i would recommend this nursing home if your family member has dementia especially. Her room was very clean. The nurse staff always gave her medication in her room and on time. We have no complaints
I am happy with the place. The staff there is phenomenal, they go above beyond. Social services are great too. The meals are very appealing and the atmosphere is very welcoming and nice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking.
The place was awful. Went there after heart surgery and the only thing I can say good about the place is their therapy people. The caseworker is rude and kept me there 2 weeks even though I was ready to go home after a week. The food was always cold and they never gave you what you asked for. My sheets never got changed the whole 2 weeks I was there and my bathroom never was cleaned. The place is not a very good place and I feel sorry for anyone that has to stay there.
It is 1:40 pm...no lunch yet. This seems to be quite a habit
