The place is a disaster!! They Don't answer the phones, they yell at the patients, smoking Marijuana and drinking on and in the premises. But the administration is OK with it. While my mother was at doctor's office with the aid and the aid decided to go through my mother's pocket book and found a Marijuana cigarette that was obviously planted. Just the Facts. I hope all the residents find happiness in there new places. 🙏

If you can count to 25 you can become a "Med Tech, most residents have memory issues the facility and its staff DEPEND ON They twist what a resident says into something that MAKES THE FACILITY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. Lack of staff to clean, residents with skin ulcers can't get a Band-Aid because THE "W" is a NON-Medical Facility. Residents lay in dirty puss filled beds for days. . EVEN IF YOU DESPISE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER THEY DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE
If I could give less then one star I would . However after working at this establishment for three years I mean this in the nicest way possible . Find new places for family honestly because the management is awful . Very few actually limited staff that actually care for the residents . Pretty sad that they only stay when they are the only ones who care about current residents. Sorry not sorry just stating facts
We chose The W because out of the ones that I looked into, it was a smaller facility and we figured that would be the best fit for him. They are not allowing any visitors inside of the facility yet due to covid, but you are able to take your loved ones out. The staff have been extremely friendly and accommodating so far. He has improved dramatically since being here so I know he is getting good care. I would recommend to others looking, I can't wait to get in here and be able to see his room.
My brother is very happy in his new living space/home. I call him everyday and he speaks highly of the staff (housekeeping/laundry service staff included) who take care of him and enjoys the three daily delicious homemade meals and snacks. He's completely comfortable and feels safe knowing all his needs... particularly his mental health needs are taking care of.
