Our beautiful mother June was a resident at this facility and has recently passed 😥 but I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone has been during her entire stay ! Everyone was compassionate, caring and so loving during her journey. Many thanks to the nurse team, facility workers, everyone in the kitchen area including the cooks and servers and especially Angelo who always showed thoughtfulness to all and last the head office personnel who were absolutely amazing in taking care of everyone ! Our beautiful mother June was a resident at this facility and has recently passed 😥 but I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone has been during her entire stay ! Everyone was compassionate, caring and so loving during her journey. Special thanks to Nicole and Jason for their incredible commitment to the team and entire facility. This by far is the best place for any senior to live their later years in the entire area. Please consider this wonderful establishment because your family will not regret it !!
i can not say enough great things about this community. Working with Jay in sales has been amazing. i highly recommend this community for anyone looking for an adult home for their loved one.

Every was great. They met our every need. They are friendly and professional. Yes, we would recommend The Village at Penfield to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
When mom first moved in last year, all was well. Then a month or two later, there was a change in management positions and things started going downhill. As of today, we are still having issues with lack of supervision and too many mistakes being made. Some that could be detrimental to someone’s health. If my mom didn’t have us to advocate for her, not sure what would happen to her. We are now in communication with the president and VP of Willow Ridge to try to get things straightened out.
A family friend was at this facility for 4 months. Her room was like a cozy bedroom. It was immaculate, the whole place is spotless. The staff is very unique in that everyone from the custodial staff to the medical staff were caring, kind and professional. The food was great as well. Loved that it is a smaller building that fosters a family like environment. Would highly recommend .
The only thing my Mom has hoped would have been better is the food. Other than that, she has been pleased.
The staff is fantastic. The maintenance guys are also great. They are all very kind to my mom as well as others. Mom is very happy there. Is it perfect? No. But any issues I've seen or brought to attention have been remedied right away. For the price, I think this is an excellent solution for my mother.
