I am very new to The Addison of Willow Pond and everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Tracy Moses and Tim Roe for all they’ve done for me from getting my TV installed and working (an essential necessity) to guiding me, showing me and teaching me how to navigate and enjoy my new home. The food here is great and the people OUTSTANDING! I couldn’t be happier to be here. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop and just say how grateful and blessed I am to be here.

My mom was there 10 years. Sadly she had to move on. The people and management there have been fantastic. She still comes back to visit. Thank you for a great 10 years!

I've been here for almost 6 months and love it. Wish I'd moved here sooner. It is very clean. Everyone has been extremely friendly from the staff to the residents. They make you feel welcome. This is independent living - If you become in need of care you need to hire outside caregivers. The staff is/are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. The food is good, presented nicely & healthy. They have just replaced our previous activities director. Let's give her a chance. From my point of view it's darn good. I did a comparison before moving here on what it cost me to live on my own.…

I did a comparison before moving here on what it cost me to live on my own. (Owed a new single wide manufactured home with a mortgage and lot rent etc.) and the monthly rent here. Much less here.

My mom has been at Willow Pond for over two years and we definitely believe it is the best place for her during this last chapter of her life. The staff has made mom feel like part of the family and it has been welcoming to all of us too. Mom was there just about two weeks, when everyone knew her name and what she liked to do. The housekeeper, the dinning staff and front desk staff, all greet her with love and respect. The rest of the residents are just as welcoming. They seem to look out for one another, just like a family does. It makes us, her daughters, feel such comfort. We know she is in a safe, caring and environment. Kathy Sear

Beautiful community, classy and convenient layout with friendly staff and great food! Overall pleasant place to be.

Every member of the staff was extremely kind, compassionate, and caring. They went out of their way to make my mom feel at home. The apartments seemed a bit small to me but are comparable to other facilities. The amenities were very nice.

The rent increases have been insane. In the last 12 months my grandmothers rent has increased TWICE, by $434 per month. Her rent has increased 4 times, by over $750 per month, since moving in roughly 3 years ago. In addition to that, they have reduced services (like transportation and activities) and housekeeping services have been very inconsistent. The staff here are wonderful but unfortunately the new management has proved to be your typical profit monger.

Willow Pond is such a warm and inviting place to be!! The staff works so hard to always make the residents feel special and at home.
