The first day the patient was admitted a staff member stole her phone. We reported it the next day when we found out but absolutely nothing was done about it. They only said they are investigating. But they didn’t even check their hallway cameras. We gave detailed time stamp, checking cameras would have been easy. They tried to brush it off but couldn’t because staff admitted to seeing and using the phone that day. They also do not change diapers frequently enough. The patient got an UTI from all of that and they refused to do a test or anything else about it.

In general I appreciate all services given to me at this Facility. Special Recognition to Oren the Chancellor who was warm in welcoming me. Cathy, who stood with me as my advocate, making sure all is well in my needs and care. Jamie and David who gave me quality care in therapy helping me to move my limbs with confidence and do things I had feared to attempt doing. Ms. Joseph who kept my bed and lining clean from early morning and took me to shower. The nurses who were punctual in serving me my medications so, I could keep good health. All in all I feel blessed to have been here.

Everyone I met have been cordial. My dad is comfortable and at 91 years of age it is not easy. Thankful for the staff they have been kind and accommodating with his needs from day one.

My sister is in Phoenix. The staff works hard. Especially ms. b she in on the 3rd floor. She is very caring and understanding. She likes her what she do. Definitely 5 stars with my experience

I really like this center.the staff is great i just had, have an issue with two of their cnas but other than that this place is great.one thing that i have learned is some only like when/because your quiet.

Thank you everyone from the 3rd floor at The Phoenix. I appreciate your help and everyone has been great to me. Shoutout to the therapy team on the 1st floor, kitchen staff, and the concierge team. And finally, thank you to Phoebe for all of your help. Yours truly, Dolly H.

The staff is caring, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. You can tell they genuinely care. Special shoutout to my CNA’s Ms. Matthew’s, Ms. Bernadette, Ms. Candace, Ms. Kayla and Nurse Fabiola.
