I just want to say how truly grateful I am to Palm Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for everything they did for my mom. From day one, the care and support we received meant so much to me. I just want to say how truly grateful I am to Palm Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for everything they did for my mom. From day one, the care and support we received meant so much to me. Grateful to Jenny the social worker🙂 The nurses Nataly, Parvina, and Russian speaking nurse Peter kind, attentive, and really made us feel comfortable during a difficult time. Anna, the occupational therapist, was wonderful and very supportive in my mom’s recovery. I also want to thank the entire physical therapy team for their dedication and encouragement throughout her rehabilitation. I’m especially thankful to all the respiratory therapists for their hard work and dedication, and a special thank you to RT Director Kathy for her leadership and support. And to all the CNAs who helped me take care of my mom every day with so much patience and kindness, you all made a big difference. I also truly appreciate the facility administrators for their support and for even providing me with meals three times a day, which I didn’t expect but really helped during long days. Overall, this is a great facility with caring staff, and I would definitely recommend Palm Garden to anyone looking for good rehab care.
The facility and its staff have demonstrated a notable improvement in professionalism. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the front desk manager, who courteously stood up, welcomed me, and guided me through the entire check-in process. He also assisted me in locating the patient I was there to visit. As I proceeded to the elevator and onto the patient’s floor, I was consistently acknowledged by staff members, who offered assistance in a professional and courteous manner. The facility and its staff have demonstrated a notable improvement in professionalism. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by the front desk manager, who courteously stood up, welcomed me, and guided me through the entire check-in process. He also assisted me in locating the patient I was there to visit. As I proceeded to the elevator and onto the patient’s floor, I was consistently acknowledged by staff members, who offered assistance in a professional and courteous manner. Upon entering the patient’s room, I found her resting comfortably in bed. While it would have been preferable to observe the patient out of bed and more active during my visit, I was nonetheless pleased with the overall improvements I observed during this experience.

“First impressions are lasting” and so are bad. Please to say that I was very pleased from my first contact with the front desk person. He was professional, pleasant, authentic, and welcoming. Also, my meeting with the medical personnel were also welcoming, especially the lady from Trinidad. My family appreciate all you do.
Poor quality of care and lack of professionalism from the nurses. My loved ones’s health made a drastic decline in this facility. Once your loved one is admitted here they are trapped. It will be very difficult to make an easy transition back home. After several agencies were willing to provide home care, the team at this facility sabotaged the whole process where the services were denied. The staff played the blame.game, Cna,s need training
I had my mother 93 years old in this facility for Rehab and she caught pneumonia and they were giving her cough medicine luckily I took her to the emergency,, some of the staff members really don't care it's all about the money$
not sure how many stars to give I was there and asked the desk to have the doctor call me as doctor wasnt there - that didnt happen then i called and requested it and a day or two later i got a missed call no message then i tried emailing with the email on their site and it bounced then i used the contact form on the site 2-3 days ago and waiting i took them six days to respond to review, then they tell me to continue reaching out instead of actually responding
My mother has recently been discharged from Palm Gardens and we are truly grateful from the bottom of our hearts for the care she received. During a very difficult time for our family, the staff showed not only professionalism, but also genuine kindness, warmth, and compassion. The nurses were attentive, patient, and always ready to help. Every request was handled quickly and with care, which gave us so much comfort and peace of mind. It means more than words can express to know that our mother was surrounded by such dedicated and caring people. Special thanks to Jordana,Shawn,Cathy, Naidgel,Natalia ,Parvina , SaintJean for their exceptional kindness and support — we will always remember it. Thank you
