After being ill, my mother needed speech therapy. On some days, she became angry with herself, but they were understanding and patient with her despite her challenging behaviour.
Asking for assistance is not something my father enjoys doing. He received excellent assistance from the Heritage personnel without feeling powerless.
The staff was amazing anything that I needed it was no problem the staff works very hard to accommodate everyone not an easy job service with a smile. Meds were on time and if u are in pain it’s got to be a 10 they will make an exception. Got a news paper in the morning she was happy to give u one and make u smile what ever it is that u are going through they the whole staff whether it’s a cleaning crew a nurse a doctor they are always there to accommodate you AMEN. PETEYPECS 💐🙏🫵🏻
We brought my Bubby here after a complicated hip replacement, terrified of how she would handle being away from home. We shouldn't have worried. Your physical therapy team was gentle but motivating, and the fact that you made Shabbos so beautiful for her meant the world to our family. Thank you for giving her back her mobility and treating her with such immense respect.

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the fireplace in the common area made it feel so cozy. It’s a healing space.
The Heritage Center gave me back my confidence and my mobility. The therapists customized my program and cheered me on every step of the way.
When I came last month, Mom said I had to try the meatloaf, it was fresh, hearty, and tasted like home. Kudos to the chef and crew!
