They recently have been a series of thefts in the building, and my mother was a victim not once but several times. Had to get the local police and detectives involved. The residence are very clicky and cold. The aids are absolutely horrible. You can just come and go as you please there’s no signing in at the desk. There’s no security anywhere. When I wanted to talk about concerns I had about my mom, I either didn’t get a call back or there was no one there to speak to. The turnover rate with the AIDS and nurses…

Absolutely the worst experience. I don’t feel my mother is safe at this facility. They recently have been a series of thefts in the building, and my mother was a victim not once but several times. Had to get the local police and detectives involved. The residence are very clicky and cold. The aids are absolutely horrible. You can just come and go as you please there’s no signing in at the desk. There’s no security anywhere. When I wanted to talk about concerns I had about my mom, I either didn’t get a call back or there was no one there to speak to. The turnover rate with the AIDS and nurses are extremely high. My mother had a very serious break to her arm, anf had a very serious hand injury, saying something was dropped on it. I cannot wait to get my mother out of this dump. Aesthetically very pretty, but it’s really hell on earth.
The Club is a truly wonderful and amazing place filled with so much love and positive energy!! We are so grateful to all of the incredible Staff, and so blessed by the endless support, kindness and amazing care they have given my father in law!! This is home to everyone who steps foot inside the buildings! Thank you again, for all of your love, support, kindness and guidance! We feel so blessed and just love this place!! The Club is an incredibly special place!! :)

The Club has engaged in unethical business practices and has refused to refund a very substantial sum of money to my parents despite the fact that my parents never moved in and never used any services offered by The Club. Despite numerous efforts of contact The Club by email, phone and registered mail, there has been no willingness to discuss or reach a resolution. My parents are 88 and 94 years old, and I feel they have been taken advantage of and poorly treated. I'm really shocked that an institution who is supposed to be caring for the elderly is so…

Moving my father-in-law into The Club at Briarcliff Manor has been one of the best decisions our family has ever made. The caregivers and nurses treat him like family—not just another resident. The facility itself is immaculate, welcoming, and feels more like a boutique hotel than a care facility and the common areas encourage social interaction and comfort. We rest easy knowing he’s in such good hands, we are very grateful to the staff for creating a place where he can thrive in this stage of life. We wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality care for their loved one.
The overall experience at The Club has been wonderful. Lydia Larsen at the front desk sets the tone and goes above and beyond to be helpful and supportive to everyone. Her genuine kindness and warmth is so appreciated. Deniz Brousseau has also been outstanding and they are so attentive to everyone making the experience a true pleasure. They are professional and compassionate which is not easy to find in today’s world. Our family is grateful to The Club for having a staff that makes a difference.
The Club has great staff. I really appreciated the rapid response and wonderful care that Lydia Larsen gave when my Dad had recent fall and had to push the red Arial alert. She was terrific and got some additional help to get him back into bed. Thank you Lydia!
It is very good well maintained large facility. All the staff are very courteous and very helpful. Transport staff are very helpful and accommodative. On entering the facility one gets an enthusiastic and welcoming greetings every day from all the concierge staff, particularly Lydia, Jesse, Tricia and others. The entire staff are enabling strength of this institution. The entertainment and educational programs continue to improve in breadth and quality.we are happy to be here. Deanne & Habib Jamal
