4.4 · 179 reviewsI am a new resident at The Brielle and I couldn't be happier. From Nurse Nancy, to the woman who worked with my daughter to put everything together for me, Alice Campbell. She was there whenever I needed her and answered my phone calls all hours of the day. I am so happy to be here. I am amongst friends. Thank you to everyone at The Brielle who helped me move in - Anoma and her wonderful dinner, Nancy and especially Alice. I love my new apartment!
The Brielle is a wonderful elder care facility, and everyone I’ve interacted with regarding my mother’s assisted living care has been professional, compassionate, and kind. Alice and Kathy have gone above and beyond by consistently following up with my family through phone calls and text messages to address any questions or concerns we’ve had. Their communication, attentiveness, and genuine care have made what could have been a difficult transition for my mother as seamless and reassuring as we could have hoped for. The Brielle is a wonderful elder care facility, and everyone I’ve interacted with regarding my mother’s assisted living care has been professional, compassionate, and kind. Alice and Kathy have gone above and beyond by consistently following up with my family through phone calls and text messages to address any questions or concerns we’ve had. Their communication, attentiveness, and genuine care have made what could have been a difficult transition for my mother as seamless and reassuring as we could have hoped for. I truly appreciate all of the team members at The Brielle for their dedication and support. While our interactions with the staff have all been positive, Alice and Kathy have been especially exceptional. We’re grateful for everything they’ve done and look forward to continuing to interact with the rest of The Brielle team.
My uncle came here for subacute rehab after a severe stroke. I was here daily for two months. It wasn’t just the care for my uncle but for others as well. The staff was outstandingly wonderful! There are a many standouts, angels in disguise. So many truly caring people. It’s very clean, since I saw someone here say it wasn’t. The food is plentiful and everyone is well fed. Every meal had multiple components, always a coffee or tea, a full large meal and dessert. Ah backs between lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner included a soup, and a sandwich incase you were a picky eater. Special shout out…

Thank you everyone there for the care and concern. While the reason for being there was hard, you all made it a great deal better. Can’t say enough good things. Everyone always has a smile and was helpful❤️❤️❤️

Amazing place. Alice is the best. There should be an Alice in every elder care facility. She went above and beyond to help expediate my mother's admission. She has a tremendous amount of patience and she clearly and concisely went over all of the paperwork I needed to fill out. My mother is very happy at The Brielle. If you are thinking about sending your loved one to an assisted living facility then look no further stop everything, call the Brielle and ask for Alice. This place feels like a real home with people that genuinely care.
Such a great place. Alice has been so helpful with transitioning my grandmother into her new chapter of life, and has made our family feel so at ease. Everything is beautiful, from the drive up to the dining room to the apartments themselves. I am so glad and relieved to have such trustworthy care. All of the staff is so helpful and pleasant. Cannot recommend the Brielle enough!
Our mother just recently joined The Brielle and we couldn't be happier with the facility. It is a lovely, clean and beautiful place that offers an array of activities for everyone. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere and the staff there is super helpful and accommodating, especially Alice. This greatly helped to ease the transition for both mom and us.
Alice and Kathy were great to work. So far The Brielle is the perfect fit for my dad.
The staff, administration, and aides have each provided us with so much understanding and care through out the process of finding a new home for our loved one. We are very happy with the entire experience.
