4.2 · 129 reviewsIm a private aide working with one of the residents at Sunrise. The staff here is fantastic, very helpful and trusting. Food is good and entertaining is top tier. The best thing i can say about Sunrise is that its not just an assistant living facility, they really make it feel like home. Linda, Vinnie, Kim and Jenn are my favorites. Every time i see them, They are Always going above and beyond for the residents. I would highly recommend
The Staff at Sunrise are always conscientious. Linda always cheerfully greets you at the entrance. The nurses keep you updated on how they are doing. My aunt is well taken care of.
Linda, at the front desk is so welcoming and friendly. She always greets you with a smile! The care managers truly love the residents and take very good care of them. Janelle, Tori and Shakir have been with my mom since day one and consistently show her love. Tiffany and Victoria are very helpful and love what they do. The nurses are wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure my mom is comfortable. Erika especially goes above and beyond! Kim helped to make my mom’s birthday with our family so special. She decorated the room and set everything up for a great day.

We are so grateful to the entire team at Sunrise Senior Living on Narrows Road for the wonderful care they provide for our mother. Everyone is kind, attentive and genuinely caring, which gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Linda, at the reception desk, always greets us with a warm smile and is very welcoming. I have found that the reception staff led by Linda, Faith and Anita are terrific! I have had many interactions with Linda who has answered all my questions and follows through on requests for or about the residents. Frankly I have found Linda to be a lot of fun and I look forward to our interactions whenever I visit! The cleaning staff particularly Rosa on the third floor keep the place spotless! I could go on about the entire staff but I think you get the idea! Way to go ladies!!!!!😘
Stay as far away as possible. They dont care about staff/residents/ or equipment. They have no active help for staff with issues. You will not see these issues when you visit because they will hide it for as long as they can. If you end up in the memory care floors you might as well play outside you would have more supervision and care
My Dad just celebrated his 100 Birthday at Sunrise of Staten Island. Kimberly made my dad birthday party so very special!!! Kimberly went above and beyond for the party. She is a wonderful asset to Sunrise!! My Dad has been there over 3 years and is very happy living there. I know my dad is well taken care of. Thank you Kimberly for all you do!!!!
I reported this facility to the department of health. It is poorly run. The nurses are rude and the case manager who is in charge of the aides is incompetent.
