Am super thankful for all the care and help my mother received there. The staff is amazing.
For the Community Back to School Drive JAG Physical Therapy hosted for the entire month of August, we were able to get the participation of Sunrise Senior Living, they were able to donate supplies to the drive. The establishment is a neighborhood staple and contributed to local event that took place to help two local schools, PS 05 & PS 222. To that, I say thank you for your participation, they are very community driven and very welcoming.

My grandmother was in memory care at Sunrise for a year and a half. She was very well taken care of, the staff was very helpful and we always felt very happy with the attention that she received. This is a great assisted living facility and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for their family.
My husbands grandmother was in memory care at Sunrise and received excellent care. She was well taken care of by staff and was able to be surrounded by friendly, helpful people. Everyone was always able to answer any question and was eager to help with any request.
Sunrise at Mill Basin is a great place to work. The team is supportive, the environment is positive, and the residents and their families make the work truly meaningful.
Parking is not good until the workers leave. Security is poor, always kids trespassing on the property , nothing done. One maintenance man who you have to ask multiple times for stuff. Halls need larger and more signage. Like a arrow pointing to the elevator. People are old and have a hard time seeing and they don't acccomadate to this. Rooms are tiny, bathroom is almost same size. Also toilet seat doesn't stay up cuz there is a ledge in the way. Poor outlet placement in the room. Bug problems. One time toilet backed up and nobody working there would help, cuz the 1 Maintenance guy was gone for the day. Workers don't report broken things, door handle was hang off the door, very noticeable for at least 2weeks, nobody fixed it. I notice workers charging items in the room like cell phone
I am very happy with the staff here. They take very good care of my mother in law. Very involved. Very informative. Constant communication. Place is wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone I know
