3.2 · 205 reviewsMy mom has been in care for 2 weeks. 4 different family members have called every day and never gotten through..just voicemails and no calls to us ever. Thier Facebook admin decided to block me after calling them out. Nice way to handle people's loved ones...just block them on Facebook. Unreal. Stay away. If you have fam in there..be very careful.
So clean I thought I was in a hotel. The bathroom is so nice. The rooms are spacious and there’s more than one chair to sit. Staff is helpful.
I was visiting someone there. It was my first time being there. It was a very lovely facility. The grounds looked nice and clean. The building looked beautiful and inviting. Everyone I talked to there was very friendly and cordial and helpful. It seems like it is very well run and the employees there seem to be very caring of the elderly people that live there. Definitely worth your time to look into utilizing the services at this facility.

The facility is very nice and clean. All of the personnel are friendly and professional. The aids are attentive to the patient’s. This was my first time going here and I’m happy with what I’ve seen so far. The person I visited seems comfortable with their care so far.
At first I was pleased. Since then not so much. I've been calling every day to check up on my wife. No one answers the phone, nor does anyone return a call to the voice mail I leave. Can't wait until I can get my wife out of there.
My fiance was transferred to the Schenectady Center today. I went to visit him and had a pleasant experience. The layout was pleasing and easy to navigate. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I have had experiences in many Healthcare institutions but I can say that this particular experience is the nicest and most respectful care. Great job to each department. Modesty is respected and I feel like a golden grandmother. If you have to go somewhere come here. The night crew is very responsive and nice. And great job to the Dr. Wherever you walk flowers grow. God bless you all and God bless America
Please look after your loved ones and run away from this place…
