When I reached out to Mary at Choice Connections, the first time, I was so confused and stressed about elder care housing facilities. She took her time educating us about the differences in living situations and how they can vary from one facility to another. After discussing what was appropriate for our mother, she set appointments for us to tour facilities. With her guidance, our mother is now very happy with her living situation and we can rest assured she is now taken care of appropriately.
A godsend! During a crisis with elderly in-laws, a 1 hour call with Choice Connections gave us exactly the options we needed. They know the Capital Region and all the players and gave us quick referrals, prices, details and contacts. My beloved in-laws are now safe and cared for in a community that is perfect for them and us. We are so grateful for Choice Connections and highly recommend them!

I was looking for help finding an assisted living location for my dad while moving him from another state. All of the staff was super helpful and understanding that I needed to find a location for both him and his pet. It took a lot of time and work to find the perfect location but they helped me through the entire time.

Working with Choice Connections was fantastic! All the women I spoke to were so knowledgeable about the process of finding the right place for my mom. They asked me thoughtful questions in order to gather the perfect information and send me in the right direction. We ended up finding a memory care that was close to my home and also where the staff was incredible and friendly. They have been so king to my mother and I would not have found that without Choice Connections! Thank you so much!
