My husband needs constant monitoring which he gets in the memory wing. There are two caregivers on duty 24 hours. They treat the residents with dignity and respect. The rooms are large and sunny. The whole facility is spotless. The fences in garden is a safe place for the residents to sit and enjoy the beautiful flowers.
My parent recently moved into Ingersoll Place and have had a wonderful experience so far. Their staff on extremely friendly and helpful the facilities are impeccable, and my parent have felt very much home here!
From out initial visit to the present, administrators caregivers and support staff have been superb! They have been accommodating. Flexible and attentive to my brother's needs. The vibe at Ingersoll is always lively and friendly, with varied activities offered on a daily basis including weekends. I frequently visit my brother and always feel thankful for being a member of the Ingersoll Place extended family.
Ingersoll Place is a beautiful complex... neat clean bright and cheerful. the staff and administrators are very dedicated and clear take a deep pride in their work. My mind is at ease knowing my aunt is in great hands. I highly recommend Ingersoll Place.
My father is 72 and needed assisted living after having multiple strokes. We went on a few tours and nothing compared to Ingersoll Place. The staff is beyond amazing and helps every way possible. It's aa beautiful building tons of activities and multiple open seating spaces for visiting. I highly recommend Ingersoll Place for anyone who wants the best for their parents.
Beyond being a relief for my mom of the burden of feeling like she was a burden there is something to be said for the elderly living in community. Mom was extremely reluctant, fearful, and dependent. Used rollator to walk with frequent stops to rest, unable to dress or shower independently 2 months later was back to a cane doing everything independently, and best of all is her mood. She is making friends and participating in activities much to her own surprise. My mom went from wishing for death multiple time a day while living with me for 10+ yrs to living abundantly.
Whole Ingersoll is a truly has some building, what really makes it special is the staff. I was amazed upon my arrival to see that every member of the staff he'd seem my application I put in and knew who I was, move comfortable with the whole staff switched but the most memory. They all go out of their way to be helpful. Whatever is needed they offered help even if it is not really their job. Also the meals are varied and interesting-unusual for institutional food.
The confidence that Ingersoll Place has given my family in there that they are providing a caring, loving and personal environment to my mother. The personal attention is something she has always like it home and from family and makes her happy at Ingersoll.
