2.4 · 83 reviewsNot good for family. They left my loved one vomiting and with nausea for 2 weeks. My family was only there for short term as they needed pt. If I didn't go there when I did. I think he wouldn't have made it. The staff is nice yet there aren't enough of them.
The nursing stations are often vacant. You have long waits to speak to the doctors. The bathrooms are very unsanitary. Where the ice machines and laundry machines are dirty. No recommendations for this place.
I'm surprised how dirty are the visitors bathroom they're disgusting. First I thought it's because I always go visit on weekends and maybe there's no housekeeping but then I saw a housekeeper and I ask her a question and her response was very rude. Also the residents room are dirty these are patients that need to be taken care of and doesn't deserve to live this way. I heard from a nurse that they are short staffed I can understand but is it right to have a patient sit on their own poop for 3 hours . Well my brother did oo I have so much more to say about this rehabilitation but will anything…

Place needs update certain floor have no drinking water for paiten like me food always cold never warm
This place needs to be closed for good. The lack of care from the nurses and doctors are insane. If your heart is not in it, then find another profession. There’s money to be made elsewhere. The 9th floor staff especially, are a bunch of incompetent people. They lack all skills that are required to be nurses and doctors. If you have family that you love whole heartedly, I would advise to avoid this place by all means. Also, the place is a mess. It needs a lot of upgrades but it seems like the owners are only interested in pocketing money. The state needs to do better when evaluating this place.
This place deserves to be shut down. This is the worst place ever. The staff is disgusting. They don’t take care of the patients at all. They do the bare minimum for the residents. The whole place has rats, mice and roaches everywhere. The ceilings have mold and look like they are ready to fall. The department of health does absolutely nothing for these residents. The environment is unsafe for everyone

This place is utterly embarrassing!! It's dirty and the staff is unprofessional. The place needs to be remodeled. Poor facility and lack of empathy. Some of the staff uniforms is dirty!!! The guy in building service looks like he came from the street.. who hires these ppl
