Lyuba Tress is the amazing social worker there at Richmond. She is exceptionally compassionate, selfless, and always providing help. What makes her special is how her own personal experience shaped the care she now shares and provides to all, giving her a deep understanding and empathy that you can truly feel. She brings kindness, patience, and genuine dedication to her work, going above and beyond to support those in need. Her meaningful presence is always reassuring, and she truly makes a positive impactful difference in people’s lives. Anyone lucky enough to have the opportunity to either work with, or be in her blessed care, would be truly fortunate. She is a God sent angel to our family. Forever grateful.

This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. Communication at this facility is virtually nonexistent, and getting any kind of response is nearly impossible. We were assigned a social worker, Maryann, and despite repeated calls and voicemails, she has never responded. Attempts to reach the Director of Social Work have also gone unanswered. It genuinely feels like concerns are being ignored rather than addressed. We were told that doors are kept closed and staff are unavailable, which reflects exactly what we experienced. Even the nursing staff have not been helpful when we tried to get basic information or assistance. Families are left in the dark with no support, no communication, and no accountability. This level of neglect in communication is completely unacceptable, and management needs to take this seriously.
