There oncrehab, terrible. 1/2 hour a day for fracture hip. Left with blank script to go to Sunnyview, no progress report. Both what to work had 11/2 day of walking terabke case manager no chapel they advise sad sad place

Can’t say enough good things about OLM. My grandmother is happy with the staff, activities and physical therapy.

The worst place ever!!! They ignored my mother. I found her lying in her own feces. After 3 weeks, I took her home and had a private nurse for 12-16 hours a week She died in comfort with no drugs. I'm so glad I didn't let her die alone in that terrible nursing home. Stay away from they place. And to top it off, they have the nerve to charge $13,000 a month...for what ????

My uncle Josh was in this facility. I am going to start off with it seemed nice at first but they are very short staffed. He was there for rehab services only. My uncle had very early stages of dementia. He didn’t wonder he couldn’t even walk that’s why he was there! They put him on the dementia floor where the other seniors were yelling wondering around my ucle didn’t have any of those issues. He couldn’t even walk be just had colon removed! The nurse stated that he shouldn’t be on this floor. Hr got moved immediately into a private room. He started doing good with his rehab. Not walking on his own but improving. Then on the rehab floor they stated he was wondering when he couldn’t walk they took him out his room and had him in the hallway. But eddy senior is paying for him to have a room. Then he started having kidney issues with his potassium I bring him to the hospital within 2 days this facility rushing my ucle back because they want money for a bed instead of having being considerate about he’s sick with renal disease and he’s getting dialysis. He got there in August and been in the hospital every week since he came out of surgery. The caught infection being that this place. Every time he went to the hospital this place called me about money for a bed my uncle health is more important. Then they decided to pit him back on the floor with the people very server dementia patients saying he was wondering around when my ucle couldn’t even walk he was only able to take 20 steps and that was with support. I would check on my uncle every other day. He body was shaking and they acted like it was normal. He ended up having several strokes and they calling me again saying Eddie senior isn’t paying for his bed are you going to pay! Hell no I’m not paying for nothing at your facility you put my uncle on a floor with he had major surgery and he was around nothing but germs he could not walk the whole time he was there. The staff just didn’t want to be bothered and they told me they was short staff! Then when I told them I wasn’t paying and I’ll be there to get my uncles belongings they gave me his clothes but also was going to give me the tv that belonged to the facility. I also told Eddie senior about this and they agreed that he shouldn’t have been on that floor at all. They don’t care about the care of seniors they will toss them anywhere but in faculty and chase the money. Eddy senior stated he shouldn’t been on that floor. I am going to speak with legal counsel about how my uncle was treated and how they pushed to put him back on the floor for sever dementia patients when he was only there for rehab services and he couldn’t walk! He was only on the rehab floor for only a week. They just didn’t want to have him on the rehab floor. They hardly even have any black patients I only seen him and one other guy they was always in the walk in entrance when you come into the facility. So I rate this place a 1! Eddy senior was confused along with myself why my uncle was on a floor that wasn’t rehab he couldn’t walk he was severely confused only short term memory. All they care about is money and rushing the family member back to their facility even though their in the hospital and their sick. No empathy or compassion and o didn’t like that they bounced my uncle around for no reason. He should’ve been only on the rehab floor! Horrible for that!

I had someone that I care for stay there and I had some issues with things. They never let the person go to the bathroom on her own when she was capable of doing it. I’ve told them to take the wheelchair away from the person and you have to use a walker to get stronger and they would never let her do that And all the time she was there for three weeks they never had her take her dentures and she ended up with sores in her mouth. They treated the person like an infant when they had no broken bones when they fell a month ago, only bruises. Staff was doing more damage, letting her sit around doing nothing and only lettering her use a walker while in therapy. She got worse there than getting better.

My brother-in -law, who was there for rehab, was left lying in bed in surgical scrubs nearly every day for weeks. We were promised by the Supervisor of Nursing for updates that never came & begged for a nurse to call us - nothing. Call bells went unanswered for 30-60 minutes & longer, as observed by multiple visitors. Our friend, a retired nurse who visits often on our behalf, has concluded they are neglecting him.

I love this place and love to be help slots I love all staffs who there and I have no complaints thank you all your help get me back on my feet’s

My experience was that the RN’s were not attentive and did not respond to your needs within a timely manner. However, the CNA‘s were fabulous along with the custodial and food service staff. The food was very good. They are under staffed requiring additional CNA’s. I would perform a thorough research on this facility before sending a loved one there.
