If you're looking for a beautiful 55+ community, I highly recommend Hamilton Parc. The property is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning grounds and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. What really sets this community apart, though, is the people. Ashton, the property manager, is truly exceptional. She goes above and beyond to make sure current residents are happy and well cared for, while also making future residents feel welcomed and valued from day one. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and always willing to help. It's clear they genuinely care about creating a positive living…

Update 4/5/2026 from 3 stars to 4 stars as additional programming, cleaning and maintenance have been done. Updated 3/26/2026 from 2 stars to 3 stars as some items that I mentioned in my original review have been addressed. I have lived at Hamilton Parc since August 2024 and feel I am in a good position to give a fair and honest review. Note: Hamilton Parc was managed by one company since opening in 2024. As of February 1, 2026, a new management company has taken over, though ownership remains the same. It remains to be seen how this change will affect the property. PROS The residents. When my husband and I moved in, we expected a very active 55+ community based on the marketing materials. In reality, the demographic is mixed, with residents at many stages of life and varying levels of physical ability. Though unexpected, we have found the varied ages and abilities to be an asset to HP. Our neighbors have become our friends. The indoor pool is currently clean, well maintained, and used regularly by a core group of residents. Until John (maintenance) arrived recently, the pool was poorly maintained so it is now a great asset and appreciated. It is convenient that the amenities are located within the resident building rather than in a separate clubhouse. Community events like happy hour, bingo, trivia, and potlucks are well attended and fun. Jamie (lifestyle coordinator) is AMAZING. She insures that residents are always taken care of...helping them in any way possible and she does really good programing (like happy hours) that the residents love. John and Tylor (maintenance) are responsive, an excellent overall repair person and always works to help residents. Zach, Noreen, and Janice teach exercise/art classes and are great. Annabel and Bonnie are evening/weekend staff and are helpful. Jesus is the one cleaner for the entire building and he is a very hard worker. CONS Common areas are frequently dirty. In my 19 months here I have never seen a hallway vacuumed. UPDATE: Since writing this review, I have now seen the halls vacuumed twice in two weeks. SECOND UPDATE: Have seen some rugs shampooed. Much better cleaning than originally reported. Jesus works very hard and hopefully will get help one day. Marketing materials use actors and portray a lifestyle that does not match reality. Prospective residents should talk with current residents and attend events to get a realistic sense of who and what the community is. Construction on Phase 2 (aka noise) has been ongoing seven days a week from early morning until evening for several months. The advertised walking trails are difficult to access. If trails are important, understand where they are located. Residents were originally told the Hamilton Parc van could accommodate wheelchairs and take residents to doctor appointments. For a while it did neither. If transportation is important, confirm exactly what is offered. Concierge/reception was originally advertised as 24/7. That has since been removed from marketing material. Desk coverage is only 4 hours on weekend days. It can be difficult to get packages when someone is not "on-duty". Accessibility features were added only after residents insisted. Push-buttons for doors were installed on the side entrance but not the main front entrance, which can be heavy for some residents. Some thresholds are high causing issues for residents with mobility aids. Finally, while the property is described as “luxury" in some marketing material, the apartments are moderate to poor in quality—adhesive-mounted towel bars, poor cabinet quality and alignment issues, and mid- to lower level appliances. Construction quality seems poor as there are problems in some units with drywall tape lifting off of walls and plumbing issues. OVERALL: Since my first review, the new management company has made some obvious and well needed changes. There is more professionalism, amazing programming (thank you Jamie) and a cleaner property. There ares still some areas that could use improvement, but I can now recommend HP to those looking.

I recently had the pleasure of joining my family at Hamilton Parc for a “Friendsgiving” meal prepared by the staff, and I can’t express enough how thoughtful and generous this event was. What I imagined would be a simple community dinner quickly became something so much more—an experience that felt like being welcomed into a large, warm family gathering. The staff were incredibly accommodating, cheerful, and clearly dedicated, ensuring the evening felt festive and special, even after finishing their regular shifts. I had the chance to speak with several of my parents’ neighbors, all of whom had wonderful things to say about the beautiful facility and the sense of community there. When I briefly spoke with Kristin, who was moving through the room introducing herself and checking on everyone, she made a point to credit her two employees, Jolean and Steve, for shopping and preparing such a delicious meal. It meant a lot to see staff not only participating so fully, but doing so on a Friday evening when they surely had families of their own to return to. Their dedication shows. The collective warmth and community spirit at Hamilton Parc is truly evident, and it reassures me that we made the right choice. I look forward to sharing our positive experience with others. Thank you again for the amazing dinner, the new memories, and the care you show my parents and all who call Hamilton Parc home

In my professional work with their team, communication and follow-through have always been strong. Kristin has been a dependable and knowledgeable contact, always responsive and easy to collaborate with. Her professionalism stands out in every conversation! Hamilton Parc is truly a beautiful community with impressive amenities that support both comfort and convenience for residents.

My recent visit to Hamilton Parc was honestly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Executive Director Kristin made the entire experience feel warm, welcoming, and genuinely special. She guided us through the community with such attention to detail that it was impossible not to notice how deeply she cares about her work and the people who live there. We attended an event hosted by Hamilton Parc, and it was clear how much thought and passion went into every part of it. The atmosphere, the staff, the comfort of the space, everything came together beautifully. Kristin’s professionalism and enthusiasm truly elevated the whole experience. Because of her, Hamilton Parc didn’t just feel like an independent living community… it felt like a place I could see myself or my family calling home. Huge thank you to Kristin and the entire Hamilton Parc team for making our visit unforgettable!

Hamilton Parc has been amazing for my parents. The staff truly care about them and always go above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable and supported. It gives our family peace of mind knowing they're in a place where people want to help and make a difference. Thank you!

This place is beautiful, 🤩 clean and amazing! Staff is amazing and residents are friendly. A must see!

Hamilton Parc is on top of my list. They're a 55-plus. The apartments were at a decent price. They include all utilities. A one-bedroom, one-bath was from $2400 to $2700. A one-bedroom, one-bath with a den was $2600 to $2700. Your monthly rent included internet, cable, water, sewer, trash removal, onsite controlled storage, and scheduled transportation. They had a walking trail around the back. They had a little dog park. Right across the road was a food store. They have a couple of T.J. Maxx stores in there. Then, a little bit farther down the road were a couple more businesses. It's brand new. It's only two years old. I had issues with the salesperson. She was too pushy. If I could sign within two weeks of being there, I could get two months free. I didn't get to see too many staff. I did see some of the older people in the swimming pool. They tried to get me to go into the swimming pool. Everybody we talked to was very friendly. They do Sunday dinners, like appetizers, then they'll have hot dogs or tacos or something like that. It was beautiful, considering that it's two years old and there was still snow on the ground. They have parking around the building, so the residents can park close to an entrance. They have a library and a fitness room. They have a nurse on duty and a podiatrist. They have a doctor who would come in on certain days. They had a beauty shop there for men and women and a small theater.
