My stepdad stayed at this nursing home for a few months for short-term care. The staff treated him with great respect and kindness. The nurses and aides were very attentive to his daily needs and treated him like family. He made great strides and came home feeling strong. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Vanderbilt Rehabilitation and Care Center. Having both of my parents living there has given my family tremendous peace of mind. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with compassion, dignity, and genuine care. The entire staff has been outstanding. The Food Service team, CNAs, nurses, doctors, and support staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure my parents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Most importantly, my parents are happy, which means everything to me. I would like to extend special recognition to Tiffany,…
I would like to extend special recognition to Tiffany, Director of Admissions, and Senelyn, Admissions Coordinator. They were exceptional throughout the entire process. They made the transition smooth and stress-free, answered every question, and worked diligently to ensure that both of my parents could share the same room. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a difficult situation much easier for our family. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the residents and their well-being. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at New Vanderbilt for the excellent care, compassion, and dedication they show every day. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you to the entire New Vanderbilt team for all that you do. Your hard work and commitment do not go unnoticed. ❤️
I was here recovering from a stroke.. some nurses were nice some not so much. The physical therapy was good . The social worker there was absolutely the worst she did nothing .i give it a 4 star rating, could be better if the support services improve.
The place is very clean and quiet.
My mother is a resident of NVB and she is well taken care for by the staff. Every week I am greeted by the lovely receptionist Crystal who is very pleasant and helpful.
The security guards are friendly & so are all the staffs on each floor.
I was lost and was help immediately as I got off the elevator and taken to the room 308. I'm grateful to Leean the concierge for being so generous with her time and for taking care of my friend Mickey. He's seems very happy here.
Megha & cherrie R THE BEST THE BEST. Not only as a physical and occupational therapist but as a person toooo!!!!! They are so kind and beautiful persons. They have helped me so much, i came in here broken and I’m going home like a new person, I love them to pieces!!!!!!
