My father was a resident there for a couple of years and has a number of health issues, so having someone attentive and compassionate made all the difference. Jessica has been nothing but caring, responsive, and truly on top of everything every step of the way. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure my father was taken care of and that our family felt informed and supported. Although my father has since moved closer to me, it gives me great peace of mind knowing that I can still reach out…

I can’t say enough good things about Broadview Manor and especially Jessica, the caseworker. My father was a resident there for a couple of years and has a number of health issues, so having someone attentive and compassionate made all the difference. Jessica has been nothing but caring, responsive, and truly on top of everything every step of the way. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure my father was taken care of and that our family felt informed and supported. Although my father has since moved closer to me, it gives me great peace of mind knowing that I can still reach out to Jessica if needed. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Jessica, for everything you’ve done.
New broadviiew manor has a lot to do thanks to a wonderful person name Gladys there is always something special to do like birthday party's and men and woman club and it's always decorated for every holiday it's always festive Gladys and Gianna go above and beyond even jewelry making and painting pictures and having bing which is my favorite thanks to the staff and the aids for making are home what it is today.
I am a resident here Terence Hill .I love living here .The administration team go above and beyond to help me . The kitchen staff AMAZING!! Recreation Miss Gladys keeps us busy all week doing activities. If your looking fo a place where you get treated well this is the place. I give this place 5 star

I am the residents president of the facility.i just want to say my HHA Ellen takes care off me wonderful.Gladys recreation director has done wonderful things for newbroadvieiew,we all love her.Jeff/Kevin they are wonderful porters.I highly recommend this place .The best thing is you have the beach and boardwalk.one of the many perks .
I live here and I love it here the staff are amazing Olga Hodaya Brick, Miss Gladys are just so caring and amazing to me .Jeff the porter when ever I need anything he's there to lend a hand .they are always looking for ways to make us happy .

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living home in Staten Island! The entire administrative team is incredibly organized, responsive, and truly cares about each resident’s well-being. They make communication easy and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
