3.8 · 272 reviewsAll the employees were very compassionate and caring during my husband’s stay. Facility is well staffed and maintained. Excellent physical therapy programs and diverse food menu. Would highly recommend this facility.
some staff quite nice but overall not impressed patient was unable to do for herself and just left in precarious positions hanging off the bed. Blood on the floor for at least 3 days unable to feed herself and the tray just left there. Breathing treatment ended and mask on machine running. Now there is pneumonia probably from just laying not moving. Where is the respect or dignity in that? I have to say after that review everyone responded positively and very quickly and kindly. Thank you everyone and special thanks to Shannon you are an angel.
The care at this facility is extremely poor. If your loved one is there please get them out as soon as possible. The neglect at this facility is disgusting. The patients will sit in their own urine and feces all day. The mental punishment that they inflict on these poor people is incredible. They should be ashamed of themselves with the treatment that they fail to administer. They will hasten the death of your loved one!

My mother has been in Luxor for a full week. I have been very happy with the care that she's receiving. From physical therapy to nursing. She even enjoys her meals. It makes me extremely happy and relieved to know that my mother is treated with kindness and respect while getting excellent care!
