Lockport Rehab & Health Care Center

The room is very generous in size, staff is amazing and kind. Clean,fun, bingo is a hoot, outside inner courtyard is beautiful and aside from the ducks delightful but we got use to them fast too! 😉 My mom never went outside much and even she enjoyed it. Food is really good sometimes but not always she said. I advised her to ask for butter,salt and pepper because they cook for a crowd sometimes we gotta add our own seasoning. I'd have given five starts otherwise I almost did. It's really one of the best we've seen. Hallelujah 🙏

Very friendly, helpful, courteous staff we have enjoyed the activities they come around every day with a daily paper that has information crossword puzzle in a coloring page. My mom is thoroughly enjoying getting involved. She used to be a social butterfly and with everything going on with her, she has kind of gone into a shell. This is helping to bring her out being out there very satisfied with Lockport rehab center.

I spoke with two different employees with two different requests while I was visiting a resident in the Rehab wing . Both ladies on staff were lovely and friendly and both helped me with both of my requests ( with no attitude at all. Both of these employees were friendly and smiling which is exactly what patients and visitors want to see 😊😊 I was pleased to see that the environment upon entry was warm and inviting. It was definitely clean, no foul smell at all like when I’ve gone into other nursing homes. Great Job!!
