When COVID started, the staff spend two hours per apartment cleaning and sanitizing which we loved, They closed down the building a week before everyone else, too. I have been extremely impressed with how they have handled everything. They offer assigned caregivers so that the residents can build a relationship with their caregivers. I think that is so very important. They also do nighttime checks on the residents, which I love. My love one seem so happy there and I have been beyond impressed with his care. I feel that he is safe and it gives me peace of mind.
