The Linden rehabilitation center/ Nursing Home is quiet and has no problems with any issues whatsoever when dealing with staffs and the environment is clean and welcoming
I chose this facility based on the reviews for my brother he is no longer there he is at a facility where the staff is caring and nice and considerate here are some of the things that went terribly wrong: 1. when he was moved to another floor no one called me 2. he called me at 5am because he needed a nebulizer and there was a nurse in facility while he was clicking the button for service 3. his hands shake and he wanted some water so he was calling for someone to bring him some water and the attendant told him "when you stop yelling i will bring you some water" there a quite a few other…

I understand that dealing with elderly people who are sick is trying but its the job you signed up for and all i ask is that you do your job and take pride in what you do. I have to give them a negative star because he had to leave there in order to live and thrive which he is now. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!
The nurses and nurse managers on the rehabilitation floor are extremely rude and unprofessional. There’s also a lot of roaches and bed sores are inevitable for anyone who stays here. Please do not send your loved one here.
This review is to acknowledge the nurses and nursing assistants of 3 East. They are very professional, compassionate, attentive, kind, and hard working.
Very nice people (Mrs King and her team are great) everyone has been very helpful and supportive. Very effective services, keep it up.
