I can’t say enough good things about the care my uncle received at Hamilton Park. From the day he arrived until the day he went home, everyone treated him with kindness, compassion, and respect. A special thank you to Melissa, the social worker, who was always responsive, helpful, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I can’t say enough good things about the care my uncle received at Hamilton Park. From the day he arrived until the day he went home, everyone treated him with kindness, compassion, and respect. During what was a stressful time, I always felt informed thanks to the excellent communication from the staff. A special thank you to Melissa, the social worker, who was always responsive, helpful, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Her communication and guidance gave me tremendous peace of mind. I also want to recognize Lulu, who made every day as enjoyable as it could possibly be. Her warmth, humor, and positive attitude brightened my uncle’s days and lifted his spirits when he needed it most. She has a true gift for connecting with people, and I’ll always appreciate the joy she brought during his stay. The physical therapy team was absolutely phenomenal. They worked patiently and tirelessly with my uncle, encouraging him every step of the way. Their goal wasn’t just to help him recover—it was to prepare him to confidently and safely return home to live independently again. Thanks to their expertise, encouragement, and dedication, that’s exactly what happened. And the nurses actually care!!! Thank you to everyone at Hamilton Park for the outstanding care you provided. I will always be grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern you showed my uncle during his recovery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hamilton Park to anyone looking for a rehabilitation facility that truly cares about its patients.

When my mother was transferred from the hospital to this rehab, I didn’t know what to expect. Over, the pass few days the staff has been helpful, kind and answered all my questions. It’s not easy walking out and leaving a love one alone in a new place. Each day when I returned I can see she that she has been well cared for. I pray all goes well with her rehab and time there, because life isn’t easy for a person with memory issues. I also know taking care of people in need is not easy. I hope she and the staff continue to be safe, happy and have many good days together.

This us my dad's second stay. Everyone is wonderful. Ireana, RN at 3 north is very caring and always respective of our concerns. And we know the PT staff is top notch. Keisha, LPN, has been super dad gets his meds correctly. The social worker, I forget her name has always been available to talk. And the speech therapist is wonderful. And the concierge Denise is the best. The doctor has been very responsive to our concerns. Michael gorton, Sr

Absolutely the worst experience! If I could give ZERO stars I would! My dad went for after surgery rehabilitation after a knee replacement and a new pacemaker. From the first day they promised that he’d be taken care of well and that didn’t happen. Fast forward almost 2 weeks and he left with a M.R.S.A. infection and is now back in the hospital in worse condition then when he left! The first room (a single) he was barely taken care of. We then had a team meeting where they assured us they would fix it and seemed to take our concerns seriously. Well guess what?!? THEY LIED! My dad is now back in the hospital and barely coherent because the M.R.S.A infection got worse! Don’t believe their BS unless you don’t care about your family member!

My mom has been here for 3 months after a bad fall. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Denise who was so welcoming and caring. My mom was on the fourth floor at first.then transfered to the third floor.Every one we dealt with was very caring and professional.I would love to give a special Thank You to Denise,Ms June, Cindy,Lia,Christina,Fay,Ms Marie,Keisha,Kerri and Lulu.I would also like to Thank all the therapists,Chris and Steve at the front desk and the rest of the staff for treating my mom with such care. Thank You All,Valeria and Flora.

As soon as we entered the facility, we felt that this was the right place for our Mom.First and foremost it didnt have that distinct unpleasant smell. It was sparkly clean and mmaculate. The quality of care and treatment from the Physical therapist, Occupatioal therapist and Speech therapist was outstanding. They were ,patient and professional. It truly made a difference in her recovery and improved her quality of life. All the CNA's were amazing, very caring , patient, communicative, and attentive to her needs . They treated her like family. The Nurses on the floor were always attentive , patient , skilled and constantly kept us informed about her progress and care. The maintenance team and engineers were always around and checked in if we needed anything , what a great team! All I can say is thank you Hamilton ParK in Bay Ridge for getting her through this challenging time.
