PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING THIS FACILITY WITH SOMEONE YOU LOVE. This is one of the hardest reviews I have ever had to write because I am writing it about my brother, who went into this facility and was gone just five days later. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING THIS FACILITY WITH SOMEONE YOU LOVE. This is one of the hardest reviews I have ever had to write because I am writing it about my brother, who went into this facility and was gone just five days later. The day after my brother was admitted, I went to visit him. He was on a breathing machine, yet the room he was placed in was dirty and appeared completely neglected. He was in a remote corner of the facility, and I was extremely concerned about the lack of attention he was receiving. I was there for approximately an hour and had to raise hell before anyone came to check on the patients. I should never have had to fight for someone to pay attention to my brother when he was that sick. After that first visit, our family immediately requested a transfer to another facility because we were so concerned about what we had seen. We were trying to get him somewhere we believed he would be safer and better cared for. That transfer never happened. Four days later, my brother was dead. Our family was also told that he had been given the wrong medication. Because of everything that happened during those five days, we have serious questions about the care he received and what led to his sudden passing. But what happened when my brother died is something I will never forget for the rest of my life. We did not receive a proper call telling us that my brother had passed away. The only call we received was that he had been found unresponsive and that they were working on him. When I arrived at the facility, no one came to tell me that my brother was dead. No one sat down with me. No one explained what had happened. No one showed our family the compassion or empathy you would expect when someone has just lost a loved one. Instead, a JANITOR walked me to my brother's room. I opened that door and found my brother lying there dead, with a blanket over his head. I cannot adequately describe the shock, pain, and trauma of discovering your loved one that way. That is a moment no family should ever have to experience. We were left without answers or an explanation. And when we became angry and demanded answers, we were treated rudely and were even threatened with having the police called. My brother deserved better. My family deserved better. No family should have to beg for basic attention for a critically ill loved one. No family should have to fight for a transfer when they are desperately concerned about someone's care. And no family should have to walk into a room and discover their loved one has died without a staff member there to provide an explanation or even basic compassion. The pictures on the website may make this facility look clean, modern, and professional. That was not the reality we experienced. What we saw was dirty, neglected, and deeply unprofessional. I am sharing my experience because I would never want another family to go through what we went through. Please do your research. Ask questions. Visit the facility yourself. Pay attention to how your loved one is being cared for. And if something doesn't feel right, keep speaking up. We spoke up. We requested a transfer. We never got the chance to bring my brother somewhere else. Four days later, he was gone. My family will have to live with that pain forever.
My aunt was admitted on 7/16 to this facility, she was there for exactly one week and passed away the morning of 7/24. I saw her Wednesday and she looked fine. Thursday 7/23 her husband said she had a cough and sounded congested. I spoke to the nurse that night she said her vitals were stable and oxygen level 100%. States my aunt seemed restless and she would Speak to the doctor. The next morning we received the call that she had passed away. When my sister went in that morning to see the body that was in the room she was told by the room mate that she was calling all night for my aunt with…

When my sister went in that morning to see the body that was in the room she was told by the room mate that she was calling all night for my aunt with no response from staff, she rang all night. You would think that they would come to bedside. I can only assume they were asleep. You would think with new cold symptoms that they would have checked on her throughout the night but apparently not. I do feel her death could have been prevented and that hurts. 0/10 I would never recommend this place.
Mom, Auntie and I came to celebrate Keith Robinson a nice ending of his birthday. Bringing him an awesome red velvet cake, with cream cheese frosting , from Chef Cakes in Staten Island ny. In the cafeteria aea for patients. 1 of your amazing kitchen staff employees didn't mind slicing up the cake for us with any added requests we asked. It was great because he was able to go back upstairs and share the rest of his cake with your amazing staff that he loves ❤️ and adore for they great services they provide for him.
Staff too loud it is not a market place I understand that the Rehab services is excellent so keep up the good work
Staff seemed to provide excellent care to residents many of whom relied on staff for tremendous amounts of care. Staff also courteous and helpful to visitors.
I would like to take this time to recognize the exceptional care provided by Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA) Ms. Marie Phillips during my continueous experience at Four Seasons. She has demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern not only for my Dad, but for other patients she interacts with. Care was executed with patience, respect and tasks were completed efficiently while taking time to ensure comfort and dignity. CNA Ms.Marie Phillips goes up and beyond and consistently showed dedication and kidness. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding sevice provided by CNA Marie Phillips and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking the aforementioned.
The place is always clean double plus and of course I see them handle my Mom with the right care.
Service is so so, not great at all. Food if delivered to a bedridden client usually cold and like eating at a burger joint. The bathroom which is shared by next room was like a roach motel. Told staff of leaking toilet and it was never repaired or even looked at. Some of the Aids and Nurses are in the wrong profession for sure. Some Aids and Nurses are great and couldn't do some for the client. If this is a five star would hate to see a three star or lower facility.
