4.1 · 107 reviewsStaff was super sweet and attentive to my grandmother. There were always activities for the seniors and treats like ice cream that my grandmother enjoyed. The care she received was greatly appreciated.
Some facilities are lacking though (no microwave in the dining area, no fridge either, no sink in the patient bathroom). However, the nurses here are kind. They allow you to visit family here anytime. Overall, the rehab process went smoothly for my family here.
We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care our mother received at Forest Hills Care Center. From the moment she arrived, we knew she was in the best hands. The Care Center’s entire staff, from the doctors, nurses, aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, dietitians, recreation department, support staff, cleaning & laundry staff were very approachable, courteous, and attentive. We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care our mother received at Forest Hills Care Center. From the moment she arrived, we knew she was in the best hands. The Care Center’s entire staff, from the doctors, nurses, aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, dietitians, recreation department, support staff, cleaning & laundry staff were very approachable, courteous, and attentive. They treated our mom and our family as if we were their own family. They always went above and beyond to provide compassionate, attentive, and professional care. They treated our mother with dignity, respect, and kindness, which helped build her strength and confidence and ensured a successful recovery every step of the way. I have a family member who's there. This place is terrible from the staffs to the facility.. Feels like you go back in time when you walk in that place. Everything is super dated. They never have enough of anything, when you ask staff for every day toiletries to bed streets, they claim that they never have more then 1 item.It's very sad to see the way the staff/ nurse's treat the elderly, i have intentionally rang the button for assistance. And actually timed it to where sometimes they would take more than 15 minutes come to the room. It really hurts me to see all these elderly people here have to suffer. Because of other people issues. After reading most of these reviews here, I come to the conclusion that there have to be written by the actual staff.There's no way that people who stay here have had this kind of experience.Not with what i've seen the last two weeks of coming here on a daily basis.There's just no way possible.Not on the second floor at least
Excellent service
Nurses and staff are attentive and it's evident that they truly care about the patients and try to go out of their way to accommodate requests. Everyone was always positive and smiling, which is rare these days. The building itself is rather old and somewhat outdated with an "old building" smell to it. Food can be hit or miss, especially at dinner time. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this facility to those in need.

My 100-year old mother stayed here for three weeks after a hip surgery. We both are very satisfied and extremely grateful to the personnel of this rehab, from the aides and nurses and cooks to the wonderful PT and OT specialists, doctors, social workers, and the entire administration staff. Everyone has been very gentle, caring, polite and helpful in any possible way. We greatly appreciate the way these people do their very hard work and wish every one of them the best!
