I visited Atria Senior Living in Forest Hills while searching for a loving home for my mom, and I was deeply touched by the warmth and care I felt there. Ms. Sherice welcomed me with such kindness that I immediately felt at peace. I toured the facility and it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about the residents and their well-being. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it feels like home. The staff was friendly, attentive, taking the time to engage with each resident on a personal level. They offer a wide range of activities that keep everyone engaged and social, from fitness classes to movie nights and arts & crafts. I enjoyed touring the facility.
I was helping a friend find a better independent/assisted living situation and Greg Griffith was a great host at Atria Forest Hills. Twice he took us on a great tour of the facility and it truly seems like a good place to live. Greg is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding of my friend's needs and questions. I would rate this facility highly and keep it in mind for future needs.
As a Senior Placement Specialist, I’m happy to share that Greg Griffith has been terrific partner whose thoughtful guidance and professionalism I deeply appreciate. Greg is caring, compassionate and attentive to not just my client’s medical needs but to their overall well-being. I’ve also found the Atria Forest Hills community to be a warm and vibrant environment and immaculately clean. Certainly, I’d recommend Atria Forest Hills without hesitation to families exploring Independent & Assisted Living for themselves or their loved ones.
First, from the minute, we walked in we talked about a plan, and everything Greg mentioned came to fruition. Our main concern was that our mom would put up a battle to go back to her home, which proved to be unsafe for her at this stage in her life. After 2 to 3 months, she stopped talking about wanting to go home, which was typical [name removed] said. I’m happy to say many months later, my mom now calls Atria “home”! Can’t say enough about staff, they have been delightful and [name removed]has been super helpful on many occasions. [name removed]l has an excellent staff and runs a beautiful facility. My sister and I are at peace!
My mom has so changed!! She was so sad for a while. Now she is a social butterfly. She couldn't walk, eat, or even breathe comfortably. Now she eats complete meals, walks comfortably at least a mile, and her breathing is normal. She walks around with a smile on her face!!
