4.0 · 48 reviewsThis place has gone downhill fast. The higher the rent the more that gets removed from the apartments. The manager has a poor attitude. The owners are absentees. Lots of empty apartments. Pet and garage fees are high. I need repairs. Called the apartment number and voice mail is filled. The only person who really cares is the social director. The motto for this place is the more you pay the less you get. It still gets worse. Furniture donated for residents to use has been taken out. Instead of donating them about 100 books have been thrown out. The mood in the place is horrible.
Fantastic people. Wonderful activities. Well kept. Clean and organized.
Great activity roster. Horrible trash and garbage maintenance. The single maintenance personnel for both buildings is overwhelmed. The maint. team got cut from 3 to 1 and it shows. Last week I killed about 75 flies in the hallway, Today there are maggots marching from the trash room and down the hall to the apartments. Disgusting. Do better, connect 55

A wonderful active living community.
I have loved my apartment since I moved in. Right now Tracy is doing a great job. She comes up with so much if people want to join in What I do not like here is they do not have people to clean other than 4 hrs a week. Also one maintenance man is not enough. Little things we need do not get done
This is a very nice place for senior living. Michelle, is the property manager in the east complex. She is very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful to ALL the residents! The complex is clean, well maintained, excellent parking (also garages are available). In my 6+ yrs of experience w/ the east complex, it’s always been a GREAT PLACE!!
I enjoy living here. Lots of friendly residents who were once strangers. We look out and support one another. Lots of activities to keep everyone's interest. Visiting musicians and presentations too. Nice staff who are always there for you.
