The staff is caring, professional, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and well cared for. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well managed. I appreciate the attention the staff gives to each resident and the way they treat everyone with dignity and compassion. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive environment for themselves or a loved one.
Failing in patient, family and staff communication. My mother is at end of life and liquid only diet. 2 mnths of arguing and they still sending and feeding her solids, which cause stress due to perferated stomach. And effected her liver. Don't send loved ones here for care. I had proff of neglect a year ago and it was blown off. And trying to move her is act of Congress it seems.
Beautiful atmosphere with a fresh take on nursing home experience. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Citadel is just a pleasure to do bussnies with. They have the nicest staff in the office .they always pay their bills on time. Building supervisors are very well trained and easy to interact with . All in one it's it's just been a pleasure doing business with them. JS
