Resident & family reviews

Our mom was a resident here until she passed away on May 9th, we cannot express enough thanks to the 3rd floor nursing staff and the care she received. From the family of Marilyn Steiler

As I HAVE to give them one star? That’s all you are getting when it comes to neglect. My mother-in-law being a patient at this place having to go to the hospital because of neglect and med changes has been twice now! You are not getting a 3rd chance. I have more pictures and videos of the cell phones being more important than the care of patients. So go ahead and delete this review so I can keep posting. Loved ones? Beware!!

Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my mother-in-law received at Central Park Rehabilitation. The facility was always clean, welcoming, well maintained, and the staff truly treated her with kindness and compassion. During such a difficult time, the social worker was especially helpful, honest, and supportive every step of the way. The team did everything they could to make her end-of-life experience as peaceful and positive as possible, and that meant so much to our family. Thank you to everyone at Central Park Rehabilitation for the care, dignity, and compassion you showed her.

Went to visit someone and staff was very helpful and experienced

They need to have better equipment a bed linen as well as towels and wash cloths. I did have to buy these on my own. When it comes to Taylor, since she has been here, the director of social work has gone above and beyond her job to get me home to my family. I am finally going home after almost a year. Thank you Taylor for getting me home my family and I love you.

It was a good visit I come see my father there

As a Visitor of a patient, I was treated with smiles and all my questions were answered promptly and with kindness. In short I felt welcome!

Since the new social worker started Taylor . I can say , it's a breath of fresh air so far, doors have been opening ,having conversations with the staff from different positions that appeared closed, How amazing ! I will continue to post in the comments my new experiences with the staff at Central Park as we navigate our journey moving forward 😀! Thank you
