Rude and unprofessional staff. Nurses do not have patience with the elderly and mistreat them. My father is a 88 y.o. And can not walk, due to lack of constant monitoring, he was not taken to the bathroom on time. When the nurse finally arrive to the room, instead of having some type of understanding and sympathy, she hammocked my dad’s legs in frustration. Mind you, my dad is there due a fracture on his legs. Staff was completely unresponsive and unprofessional!
My mom recently was admitted to the rehab and from the first day we reached to the facility everyone has been so helpful Answering all questions I may have.

I will love to complement all the staff on floor 3 L every day I go there I meet the most friendly ❤️ loving staff my brother is in 3 L and and the take the best care of him and the other people keep up the good job . may God bless you 🙏 all with a long life of happiness
The Bushwick center is a great place, the staff is very friendly with the paciente and visitor.
