Brooklyn Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

I had a wonderful experience with the physical therapy occupational therapy and speech therapy during my stay. All the therapists are professional especially Nath, Nancy my physical therapists, Alexis my occupational therapist, Brook my speech therapist were compassionate and dedicated to helping me regain my strength and independence. They always encouraged me and made sure I felt confident as I prepared to return home. A special thank you to the Director of Rehabilitation Maria for leading such an outstanding team. Her commitment to patient care and successful discharge planning made my transition home much smoother. I truly appreciate miss cardona my cna, Mr Jean miss McLeash medication nurses and miss Vikki supervisor for their kindness and support I received from them during my stay. I highly recommend this nursing home rehab team to anyone who needs quality physical occupational speech therapy.

Nath my physical therapist is very knowledgeable, compassionate and encouraging every step of the way. He is very dedicated, expertise I feel confident and prepared to go home safely. Esline my occupational therapist is encouraging, kind, commitment to her work and helped me lot. Maria the rehab director was exceptional, genuinely caring of each patient for their well being, she took the time to listen to patient concerns and very positive and she goes above and beyond for her patients all the time. Luis my physical therapy evaluator is very exceptional at her clinical skills and professionalism. Cardona my cna is very kind, patient, attentive to my needs. John always caring and very good cna. Mcleash very positive attitude and helping nature. Miss Vikki the supervisor is amazing through out my stay. I thank every one who involved with my care and I am so happy to be part of the Brooklyn gardens nursing home and I wish success to the patients and the staff, God bless this place Amen

I am so thankful for all the wonderful therapy I got here. The therapists were wonderful. Especially Nath my physical therapist worked hard, Yeda occupational therapist and Maria, the rehab director were excellent and worked beyond where I was before. And the wonderful nurses and aides like Morgan, Mrs Susan and Abby. I would like to recommend this nursing home for the people who needs it and benefit from it especially the rehab which is the best part of the facility. Thank you

Was a le to visit without problems, thank you for taken care of my love one

This was my first visit at the facility to see my mom who was transferred there straight from hospital. The status was nice and friendly. The hallways elevator and rooms are extremely clean and bright. The bathroom in room are spacious fresh smelling and clean as well as the bedding and sheets.
