my grandma lives here and absolutely loves it! She always has something to do with all the activities they provide! She also can’t stop talking about how yummy the homemade food is! i can not recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a memory care community for their loved one to stay at!

My family and I recently toured Rittenhouse Village Pittsford with Emily, and we had an excellent experience. Emily was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed and explained the community's memory care approach in a way that was easy to understand. The community itself was clean, warm, and inviting, and it truly felt like a place where residents are treated with dignity and respect. We appreciated seeing the engaging activities, comfortable living spaces, and the friendly interactions between staff and residents. Touring with Emily gave us confidence that our loved one would be in caring and capable hands. We left feeling informed and reassured, and Rittenhouse Village Pittsford is definitely at the top of our list.

I recently visited this community and was truly impressed. The building is thoughtfully designed to feel like a real home, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. The community was clean, calm, and clearly tailored for residents with dementia, including well-designed sensory spaces that add to the peaceful atmosphere. Emily was especially helpful—she was knowledgeable, clearly familiar with both residents and staff, and took the time to answer all of my questions. If you’re looking for a supportive and comforting place for a loved one with dementia, this community is definitely worth considering.

Our family was in need of emergent respite care for my grandmother in March and we were so blessed to find Rittenhouse Village-Pittsford! From the first phone call with Emily, I could tell that this memory care home was just what we were looking for and needed given my grandmothers needs. Emily was and has been absolutely AMAZING to work with during this trying time and transition for my family and grandmother. She worked with us answering all our questions and taking time to learn my grandmother’s needs and our desires for her care there. My grandmother has transitioned very well to this new environment and I know it is because of the staff members caring ways, especially Tashara, that she is doing so well. The resident centered approach is like no other and she is truly thriving in the warm, caring, safe and “home” like environment that they provide at Rittenhouse Village! One of the best things is truly the consistent communication we have with them regarding my grandmother and how she is doing! Having a loved one with dementia is a journey that truly affects the whole family and we are at peace knowing that she is being well cared for and is HAPPY on a day-to-day basis at Rittenhouse Village. We are so thankful for Emily and the entire staff there and would highly recommend Rittenhouse Village to those needing this type of care for their loved ones.

Emily has always been very informative, friendly and responsive! It is evident she cares about her residents, and the facility is beautiful.
