Very friendly could, well-fun and maintained. Excellent programming both on campus and in the community.
It is a Beautiful Facility.. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The food is excellent. It is a lovely place to call home, especially in your senior years when you don’t want to do a maintenance. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very elegant
Sheryl Sorce RN BSN and Amanda Scheib answered all my questions in my job interview. They took the opportunity to explain everything, in an open, friendly manner. This is a place I want to be my new nursing career.
Saw a Classic Auto show & visited the facility common areas, great treats & many elderly people who lived at The Highlands. Lots of fun 😃😋😃
The Highlands has many interesting and engaging activities for seniors - ranging from walks along the Erie Canal, to concerts performed by Eastman Music School groups, to classic car shows with live music from a 1950s tribute band, and more. It is a lively and social place to live.
To many bad experiences to list. Staff is a hot mess. Care is hit and miss at best. New staff all the time, can't keep good ones. Family was consistently lied to and bullied by staff wile we tried to advocate for our mother. Cold hearted administration only concerned with legally covering themselves and profits prevents the care they should be providing. I would recommend doing everything you can to keep a loved one out of this place.
