4.4 · 136 reviewsAll of the staff at Heather Heights are very friendly. They know residents by their first name. Wendy at the reception desk remembered us even though we don’t visit often since we live out of town. They have lots of entertainment and activities for residents to participate in.
Awesome place. John and his staff are very accommodating. Great place to play music as well. Very very nice
My father has resided at Heather Heights since April 2025 after he suffered a stroke. He’s made a great recovery but can no longer live on his own. We’ve been incredibly pleased by all aspects of his experience at Heather Heights. We have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and safe. My father has said many times that he has not met a single staff member he didn’t truly like. The staff takes an interest in each resident and they are caring and conscientious. My father has resided at Heather Heights since April 2025 after he suffered a stroke. He’s made a great recovery but can no longer live on his own. We’ve been incredibly pleased by all aspects of his experience at Heather Heights. We have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and safe. My father has said many times that he has not met a single staff member he didn’t truly like. The staff takes an interest in each resident and they are caring and conscientious. They truly want our family members to be happy there. They are open and responsive to any questions that come up. The facility is immaculate, the food is good and the housekeeping staff keeps my Dad’s room and bathroom neat and clean. The activities staff brings in entertainment on a regular basis and there’s an ice cream shop that serves sundaes every afternoon if a resident wants one. One of the most helpful things Heather Heights provides, that’s included in the charges, is transportation to medical appointments. As I’m the only local family member and I work full-time, this is an invaluable service. In sum, I give Heather Heights our highest recommendation.

My cousin resides at Heather Heights and I have found the staff to be very welcoming, friendly and caring. The feeling you get when you are there visiting is a comfortable and homey feel. There are many activities for the residents there throughout the day. I definitely would recommend Heather Heights.
Heather Heights Senior Living is a wonderful community that truly cares about its residents and their families. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The environment is warm, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel at home. A special thank-you goes to Noah Nichols, the Admissions Director, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help us every step of the way, answering all our questions with patience and genuine care. Noah made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel smooth and reassuring. His guidance, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difference. We are so grateful for the support we received and highly recommend Heather Heights Senior Living—especially because of outstanding people like Noah who clearly love what they do.
My Aunt lives here and it’s terrific! Every staff member is kind and helpful. It has a warm, family atmosphere and we feel so lucky to have found this place for her!
Beautiful surroundings, great staff. Ice cream parlor open for an hour every afternoon for free ice cream. Dining room serves breakfast, dinner and supper daily. Many activities to keep body and mind active, chair exercise class, live musical entertainment, bingo, painting to name a few. Theatre room with large screen tv offers movies and Football games. In the summer Heather Heights sponsored a car show and picnic, at Christmas time a wonderful holiday meal was offered. Families were encouraged to attend all events. Physical therapy and medical services are available on site, making life easier for everyone.
We just love Heather Heights for our mom. The people are so kind and friendly. They are always considerate to my mom’s needs.
