All im saying, if you care about your loved one, please visit REGULARLY. Take this as a warning. Have a good day. Shout out to the few nurses that actually worked with my mom. Im forever appreciative and in debt to your kindness.

I was recently discharged from the Bishop today. My stay was brief, about a month long but in that month I was treated AMAZINGLY by the CNA’s and Nurses. Autumn, Gigi, Robin, Pearl, Bianca and so many others THANK YOU for making me comfortable and for not making me feel like a burden. I wish I could remember everyone’s names! Huge Thank you to all of my OT and PT therapist, especially Jess, but again I’m sorry I wish I could remember all of your names!! You guys were so kind and so very understanding. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I do have a few complaints. Not once in the whole time I was there did I receive a warm meal. My food was always cold and honestly 70% of the time it was nasty. But a girl had to eat😞 House keeping definitely needs to clean more frequently or do a better job one of the two. The floors in my room were disgusting most of the time. Over all If I had to stay at the Bishop again, I would!!! Thank you everyone!!

The staff was very helpful and respectful..we had a awesome visit

This place sucks I wouldn't give it any stars my sister in law got sick back in July 2025 they told my wife she needed to go to rehab before she could go back home. They sent to Onondaga nursing and rehab first case worker told my wife they would help her get certain identification papers to help her get apartment of her own after 3 months they moved her to bishop told my wife I was to improve her rehab my wife and I have never had to deal with nursing home or rehab so it's all new to us after they moved my sister in-law to bishop they filed a3559 stating she's long term patient with out notifying my wife of this they told my wife 5 months later when they wanted to collect a bill for her staying there which got paid this is the bad part my sister in-law is mentally disabled not real bad but she not very intelligent they said she said she had no weres to go but yet she lived with us so they put her as permanent now my wife is having a hard time getting her out they have made her way worse than when she went in they have missed doctors appointments that were crucial to her care now she's in er because her kidneys are having drainage problem were tube that doctors installed to drain kidney malfunction staff at bishop told my wife it hadn't drained in 2 days my wife believes this is to continue keeping her there so she can't go home with these issues that have her bed ridden she wasn't like that at Onondaga center

Nice visit. Very impressed with Nini the aide who cared for my friend in room 354. She was very pleasant and efficient. Takes good care of my friend.

Your physical therapy and occupational therapy department is a 10 out of 10 your aid is about a three out of 10 and the food is a one out of 10. And to get rid of your contract aids is not good

The staff are all so welcoming and very kind to my father in law Thankyou Bishop employees

This place is awful. Rooms are way too small to have two people in them.
