The nursing director was the best at the orientation the way he explained everything, even a toddler could have understood. Over all a gr8 facility I would highly recommended bringing your family here for care .
I enjoy spending time with my Uncle. They treat him well. He is ambulatory and is only here for rehabilitation. He likes it, but the food could stand some seasoning.The assistants are kind to him.

This place has the best team, loving and professional, especially the Asian/ Chinese team, in particular, was very helpful to my elderly sister, who needs special care and doesn't speak English. It would be even better if they could provide Chinese food.
Our family had a wonderful experience with Bedford Center nursing and rehabilitation while my mother-in-law was there. From the moment she arrived, the staff treated her with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The nurses, therapists, and caregivers were attentive, patient, and always willing to help with anything she needed. The rehabilitation team did an amazing job helping her regain strength and confidence, and we truly appreciated the care and encouragement they provided every day. The facility was always clean, organized, and welcoming, which gave our family great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the excellent care, communication, and support we received throughout her stay. Thank you to the entire team for making such a difficult time much easier for our family. We would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality nursing and rehabilitation care
Great and nice environment and also everyone is helpful and work as a team according to my observation.
Be careful how they fix your loved ones on the bed.. It can be uncomfortable.
