Horrible attitude from a few key members. Makes you not want to do any kind of business with them. No wonder their ratings are low!
My mom moved to Amber Court Assisted Living in Brooklyn, NY. Some things need to be improved, and not all the staff understand the situation. My mother had mice in her room and we had to get them repaired. I'm not satisfied with the upkeep of her room, but they're working with us to correct that. They have activities there. With the amount of money she and I are paying, like the doctor's appointments and the results, they are trying to work with her, but it seems like the results don't come back. You have to constantly keep asking, and sometimes you don't even get the results. I'm still waiting for the test results that she took a month ago.
