If I could leave negative stars I would. This place needs to be shut down! Not a single person cares around here. People are sick and dying here. There's no compassion or empathy. Place is filthy. All staff are on their phones hanging out. Zero accountability. My families roommate asked for an extra blanket yesterday. I had to go to another unit to find him one today. Can't imagine any kind of care plan is being followed here. Im up here nightly. Have never walked in on a diaper change. I need to hit the call button. 10 mins later I might see someone. Breakfast comes at 1030 to the rooms.…

Breakfast comes at 1030 to the rooms. Lunch an hour later. Dont be fooled by the fake pics on the website. Nothing here looks that "good". Hell the dresser has a piece of bailing twine as the handles for it. You NEVER smell any kind of disinfectant being used for housekeeping, rather the heavy ammonia stench of under hydrated piss. Oh and my favorite. When you enter the property they have a kiosk that you have to sign in with your phone number. Upon leaving they send you a text asking how your visit was. If you say anything positive they ask you to go on Google and leave a 5 star review to boost them out of the abysmal abyss they are currently in. NYS needs a permanent liaison here!! BULLDOZE THIS PLACE!!!
I was worried sending my mom to a new place but the minute I walked in I felt good energy I was greeted by the nicest young lady she was helpful and informative. Every nurse that stopped in my moms room treated her with a smile respect and compassion! It's very clean smelled really good I left there happy and content good feelings all around! Them her night nurse saw me leaving and pulled me aside to ask me questions about my mom to get to know a little bit about her which I thought was wonderful she wanted to know! Oh and the nurse in the room asking all the questions about health history…

Short staffed. Residents are not allowed to go outside & enjoy the nice weather. We don't have enough staff to take us outside. So we're made to stay indoors. The food is terrible. Over-cooked, inedible small child portions that are on rotation. The same bad food every week. I was told they hire teens who just graduate to work in the kitchen. No trading. No experience .Talking to the Nutritionist did not help. They still cooked the same bad food. Some of the staff need to stop smoking weed before they get here or on their breaks. You can smell it in the halls & on the elevator. I don't care…

Not some zombie who doesn't want to work. The walls are being painted & they're painting the dining/activities room. They need better AC in those rooms or have screens put up so the windows can be opened. We need fresh air. Do your homework before you place your loved one here. My son & I had no clue. I trusted the social worker at Mercy Hospital over a year ago. Now I trust no one.
My mom has been there for 2 years and i cant say enough about how many wonderful things keep changing the fresh paint and modern feel to the newly shined floors. I think ownership has got it right finally . I dont know who the key board warriors are in all the negative reviews. I am there on varying shifts everyday and know first hand there are very few visitors and i recognize a few names who are on moms unit and their words do not match the reality. issues are addressed and corrected i have seen the New DON round and make sure rooms are clean and residents are showered . Maybe if you want to talk bad about how bad it is there then why do continue to have your loved ones live there . We have experienced a few nursing homes in our time placing mom, this place right now with new leadership is better than Elderwood and Mcguire. All nursing homes have the same issues. My last thought is this these people show up everyday and do the job you cant or wont, so think before you type
"Concerts about patients care and response time" I'm very concerned about the care my sister received at this facility in Williamsville, NY. On a recent weekend, she was left on the the bed for many hours without proper higiene care or assistance. Later in the evening, a staff member from another building came to help her. This delay caused significant distress and raises serious concerns about staffing and patient safety especially on weekends. I hope this makes then reflect, because the way they treat people today is the way they could be treated someday. This patients deserve respect, dignity, and real care, no indifferent.
Received a phone call out of the blue and when I called back out of courtesy to make sure nothing was wrong and there was no mix up. The nurse at D station just hung up on me.
Floors, and elevator dirty. Staff was pleasant. Short staffed. Patients not wanting food and waiting for someone to get them to bathroom.
Worst place to ever send your loved one to!!
