0 stars. Neglect everywhere , rude front desk, not enough staff ever to be attentive to each patients needs. Waiting hours for pain medication while my father cries for help. Not sure why one side of the hospital has open windows and smells nice and the other side reeks of urine and destitute. My father went in for recovery after surgery, unfortunately he passed several weeks later. I’m not sure he was even bathed or given proper medical care while he was there. I’m requesting medical records, and will be taking the necessary steps to make sure this place is properly looked into. *added note* if you have a loved one who may roll out of bed, their solution is to put a thin mattress on the floor or require them to spend the majority of their day uncomfortable in a chair.

My mom has had good treatment here and also a few bad ones but overall I have to say any problems she had were addressed immediately. She has adjusted well and we are hoping things stay this way. There are activities to do daily and also outside entertainers are brought in which the residents really enjoy.

i am very pleased so far with my sisters care. everyone is very nice and helpful. the people also who bring the trays of food go out of their way to make sure everything is ok. it has not been long but so far i am very pleased and appreciative

There is so much trash that’s just in the water right behind the place

While I cannot place blame on the employees here for the crumbling infrastructure, I would like to highlight that how the building stands seems to reflect how the "providers" of care view their residents - a waste of space and full of neglect. I cannot possibly fathom how someone who works here would consider it okay for a resident to form multiple bed sores to the point of developing a bone infection. Please explain to me how that is considered "caring" for the most vulnerable of patients. These are human beings who are unable to advocate for themselves and must rely on the teamwork of their providers and their family members who put their complete TRUST in what are supposed to be considered professionals. A trust that clearly appears to have been broken multiple times. My heart aches for every family who has had a life-altering interaction with this facility. To any one who works in this place that views each soul here as nothing more than a paycheck... I hope after you clock out, go home, and have a shower to rid yourself of the stench of this dilapidated building, you are kept awake at night by the guilt of how you have left every single person who has to live here. Go back to school, get an education that does not involve human interaction, and never step foot in a long term care facility again.

To give this place a 1 star is an understatement. Shame on all staff. People giving 5 star reviews need to get a pulse.

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE! My sister lived here for a year and got three bed sores. One of which was the size of a hockey puck. She ended up needing a VAC dressing and got a deadly bone disease (osteomyelitis) from the wound. She clearly got these bed sores from SEVERE NEGLECT. The place smells of urine as soon as you walk in the door. My sister was not taken care of, when family came to see her she was dirty. You can’t leave anything around or it’ll get stolen. This place should be bulldozed to the ground and everyone fired for neglect. THANK GOD she is in hospital now.

This facility is not just poorly managed — it is neglected from the top down, it’s quite literally disgraceful. The building itself is falling apart. Cracked walls, peeling drywall, broken furniture, and patient beds that are visibly damaged. Garbage sitting in window sills. Rooms and bedding that were dirty. This is supposed to be a rehabilitation center, not a condemned property. Residents were wandering the halls unsupervised. One individual wearing only a diaper was entering other patients’ rooms. Where is the leadership? Where is the accountability? That alone tells you everything you need to know about the level of care here. There were no bed railings for fall prevention. When concerns were raised, staff stated we should “expect her to fall out of bed” and that she “needs to figure it out.” That statement alone reflects a culture problem that starts with administration. There were no accessible call buttons for patients to request help. In a facility caring for vulnerable individuals, this is not only unacceptable, it’s careless and dangerous. Administration sets the tone for care, safety, and standards. Based on what we personally experienced, those standards are severely lacking here. This facility is dirty, unsafe, poorly maintained, and shockingly dismissive of patient well-being. Families trust leadership to protect their loved ones. That trust is not being upheld. Do not place someone you love here without thoroughly investigating first.
