Recording everything there... constant let downs n incompetence... in the long run ..names n dates will brought to the surface... whoever is in charge or owns this place better get wise... immediately

We chose White Oaks Rehabilitation because it was close to home, not really knowing what to expect. Looking back, I couldn’t be more grateful for that decision. We chose White Oaks Rehabilitation because it was close to home, not really knowing what to expect. Looking back, I couldn’t be more grateful for that decision. From the moment we arrived, the staff has been incredibly caring, compassionate, and professional. They treated us with kindness and made a difficult time so much easier. The PT team has also been wonderful, providing encouragement, patience, and excellent care every step of the way. It’s clear that everyone truly cares about their patients and goes above and beyond every day. I couldn’t have asked for a better place, and I highly recommend White Oaks to anyone looking for a facility where the people genuinely care.

My aunt was at White Oaks Nursing Home for 5 weeks. The staff at White Oaks did a wonderful job trying to get her to eat and to take her medication which she kept refusing. I am so thankful to the staff that took care of my aunt as they went above and beyond to try and help her. A special thank you to dr Nadroo who treated us like family, to Logan the head nurse was very caring, my aunt raved about her wound care nurse Louise & Lee, she said her aides, Myriame & Marie Mical, were very nice to her. The nurse/dr?, I wish I knew her name, went above and beyond to get my aunt to take her meds. I can’t thank you enough for your patience. Rebecca her social worker, Sheril the concierge and so much staff I can’t list them all. And thank you to the ladies that organized arts and crafts. Her last 2 weeks at White Oaks she was so happy. She made the bird feeder bird house and paint and sip. And couldn't wait to paint the flower pots. You ladies gave her something to look forward to. Thank you. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and caring. I highly recommend White Oaks.
Went to surprise my aunt with a visit and the place is always as spotless as ever , every one greets you and the place has no smell to it . It is quiet and extremely pleasant to visit someone
I visited 3 of my residents and the staff is amazing. They are welcoming and kind. It is always a pleasure to work with Lisa and Rebecca. I know my residents are getting the best care at White oaks

The parking is great entering is very good and simple. Very clean place.
