3.6 · 124 reviewsI've been here a little over 2 years,I'm treated very well here in all aspects, I would strongly advise anybody to at least come down to see the facility,talk to administration and your family will see that you will be treated fantastically as well.
Staff is not friendly at all. My father came here for two weeks but left because he felt unsafe and back into the hospital. There were multiple nights where my dad needed his pain medicine and luckily we stayed overnight with him because the nurses would be asleep and we would have to wake them up. This is unacceptable so please make sure you look into the place before coming.
Recently toured the facility and was blown away by the staff in the way they cared and interacted with the residents. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a high level of Rehabilitation and staff who go above and beyond.

Good
Our family was very happy with Woodbury Heights for my husband’s sub-acute rehabilitation needs. The respiratory team provided excellent care, and was caring, experienced and able to answer our questions. In addition, the physical and occupation therapists, as well as the speech language pathologist, worked hard daily to keep our loved one moving towards his goals. They provided a calm and clean environment in which he was able to begin healing.
Staff is attentive and caring feel comfortable knowing my mother is being taken care of
The reception desk actually knew my sister by name.. arriving to my sisters room.. there was a birthday card from a group of employees.. Debbie was happy with the donuts I brought to give to the staff.. Debbie looked well tended to.. I always comment on how there isn’t that nursing home smell there.. you have excellent staff..
