A special acknowledgement to Rhonda, Missy, Audra, Theresa, Terry, Sarah and Teesha - all have provided excellent care in exceptional ways. Thank you for caring for mom physically and emotionally. My siblings and I appreciate you. There are many more people involved in mom's care that we have not had opportunity to connect with - your efforts add to her experience and we thank you as well. My mother has been at WCNH for short term rehab. She has been there for five weeks. The staff has been caring and thoughtful to my mom and our family while we visit. A special acknowledgement to Rhonda, Missy, Audra, Theresa, Terry, Sarah and Teesha - all have provided excellent care in exceptional ways. Thank you for caring for mom physically and emotionally. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because there is always room for improvement.
New managment has destroyed moral and care is bad. Very bad! This used to be an amazing nursing home but no longer. Much of the old staff that cared are gone. There are still some great floor people but something is wrong.
Every time you call no one ever answers the phone and then when you call the reception desk they say oh they're busy and all that but then when I go and visit them visit they're all standing in the hallway talking and no one ever answers the phone in the rehab part what's the point they should always have someone at the reception desk in the rehab part it is very frustrating when I want to call and talk to my mother

I found numerous bruises all up and down my moms arms. The things ive seen in this place are to many to count.
My mother is here for rehabilitation for a fractured hip and I can not say enough how impressive this place is. The facility is super clean and homey for the residents and the staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and castors to my moms every need, I couldn’t be happier with the care she has received. It’s nice to know they take such good care of their patients, takes a lot of the worries away from the family which is really nice!
This place is Excellent! Every single person I came into contact with was very professional polite, caring and helpful to me and my family. The care given to my mother was amazing. She gained more family being there. Thank you all for your kindness, calls, care, card etc. There are too many names to mention but from the front desk to nurses, staff even the cleaning lady, we appreciate and thank you. Our mom was well taken care of every day. Great job! Your all appreciated so much, God bless
Our mother was a resident of this facility for 5 years. We couldn't take care of her in her home anymore. Her husband came first and then she joined him. They were very well taken care of. The room was spacious and met their needs. Unfortunately her husband passed away after a few months. The staff did so much to help us get her ready for the funeral. As the years passed, we developed a very unique relationship with all the staff, and we can't say enough good, especially with the activities department. Mom's birthday was in July, and we planned a very special birthday party for her. It was initially planned for outside, but we had an unusual heat wave and last minute plans had to be made, they accomodated us, and Mom so enjoyed her special day with a gathering of friends and family. This is just a little glimpse of what this place is capable of. Her personal care was excellent, and the nursing staff were quick to catch issues that needed to be addressed. We would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good home for "Mom or Dad", as a matter of fact, we already have!
