My mother is a resident here. Love the attentive staff and how well she is always treated. Plus, she looks dynamite every time I go to visit!
My mom was calling for a nurse for 45 minutes to help her to the bathroom. Finally I went to front desk and the nurse said im on my lunch your going to have to wait. What a joke.
My dad is currently in the manor and its awful. They could care less, he can't feed himself and if my mom isn't there to do it they put the tray in his room and leave him and when they do feed him they leave him a complete mess. i can' t imagin they would want their parents treated like this. if you speak up you get less attention then you already didn't have. it's the worst place to send your loved one. The funny thing is the street sign that says "We care" its a joke. it couldn't be more farther from the truth. It's a awful place. I can't wait for my dad to get out of there. but sadly its a…

The funny thing is the street sign that says "We care" its a joke. it couldn't be more farther from the truth. It's a awful place. I can't wait for my dad to get out of there. but sadly its a process. The nurses are super rude. They could care less and for some reason the management team puts up with it. It's awful all the way around.
Great staff, helpful, to my brother in law, cutting his food, for him at lunchtime. Within 3 seconds, fixed hisTV remote . Awesome staff, Very happy, for a caring staff, Thank you, Donald & Shawn Vanbramer- resident: Daniel Vanbramer/ brother
My stepmom has been there for 16 years and has had awesome care. She is paralyzed on one side and is In a wheelchair, she has never had a bed sore, which is amazing!! They have had some really Wonderful aides And staff caring for her. Thank you to all for everything you do For the residences!!
It is the worst place the staff are rude this cna on 2 shift name Danielle is the worst she talks to people some disrespectful it's crazy she shouldn't even work there the higher up let her bully the other staff and say nothing it's a terrible work environment
The four years I was here were some of the most chaotic years I've had, and not in a good day remotely. The amount of just disregard for the well being of the residents I saw was disgusting. The actions of the staff ranged from exceptional to appalling unfortunately leaning towards the latter. I am praying it will improve, the residents are sweethearts and absolutely deserve so much better
Nice place
