I want to start by saying the staff at times may seem slow. If you know this industry at all, every center has an issue keeping staff. So they me seem slow because of being understaffed. Not of any fault of the girls trying to do the beat they can. The food, I have had much much worst food than this place. No matter where you go not every meal is going to be (A+). You can always ask for something else or order out or even family can bring in food for you. These ladies work hard and most try like hell. Some even go above and beyond with no recognition what so ever. Most all the staff here are…

Most all the staff here are nice. This place wasn't that dirty when I was in. They had a good cleaning crew and the had a good laundry crew. I must say I didn't have a bad time. Physical therapy actually helped me and even they were good ppl. I met some good ppl and I even made some friends. I made a great friend while I was here and he's awesome. We got along great. You have to have a certain understanding of these places and you need to remember you're not going to a 5 star hotel. Also remember these ppl try. I give the place 8 out 10

the place smells like a diaper, not enough staff to handle the number of patients. Most of the staff genuinely care, but they're overworked and exhausted. They're all under the thumb that is for profit health care.

Tammera and Sarah are the best there! My great great aunt always talks fondly about them! 🥰

I was horrified by the disposition of the nursing staff at Valley View, The listlessness of its residents wandering aimlessly while staff bickered amongst each other completely oblivious that I stood there watching and waiting for assistance from them, I arrived to visit my friend who had been there less than a week , he called me stating they tried to get him to sign his home over to them, they left him unattended in a doorway and when he passed out they sent him to the ER..they didn’t want to tell me where he was. My friend who had ongoing hope for recovery and returning home at some point had a strong will to survive, yet knowing he would return to Valley view he gave up his fight. He passed away this morning. Which may very well been inevitable but I am mortified by the overall vibe of the staff and their lack of tact and compassion. The worst I have ever witnessed. My heart hurts for anyone who has been assigned or confined there.I don’t recommend anyone’s family to leave there loved one with Valley View…I hope the are Investigated and shut down. The physical Place is nice and with new staff and management it could be a small quaint pleasant place to die with dignity but as it is…I’m still angry.

Do not send your loved ones here if you care about dietary needs. The food they give to patients is the equivalent of pet food. An exotic animal at a zoo eats better than the LTC patients at this facility. They are worse than most VA facilities too.

Great food!

My husband last days were spent their and I had no complaints of how they took care of him. I of course was there everyday from morning til evening with my hubby the the staff was kind and caring with me too and they treated me well I so appreciate it. My husband got I’ll while there and they treated him with antibiotics and meds and they would call me when there were changes. I have no complaints .

Poor quality treatment. I don’t suggest putting your loved ones here unless absolutely necessary.
