The only good thing I can say about this rehab is my mom likes the food and rehab staff are excellent. I asked for simple things for my mom, and it takes asking four different nurses for assistance and waiting over a half hour just to put her in bed. One day I came to see her and she was sitting in the bathroom over a half hour, couldn’t get up, and no call button in sight. She has been in this rehab for over a week and a half, still haven’t got ANY call or feedback from her doctor regarding medicine or care. Disappointing!!
The concierge here is so helpful ! She was so patient and kind in answering all of our questions. She told us everything we needed to know and made sure we had all we needed and were comfortable. When we spoke to her we felt sure we made the right choice coming to this facility. The nurses and CNAs at tn2 are also very nice.
