Estuve junto a mi esposa vicitando a su hermana mi cuñada Sofia Diaz y compartimos juntos momentos alegres yo personalmente , tuve que bajar a la enfermeria para confirmar que este miercoles Sofia le van a hacer una evaluacion de su plan medico en el local es un procedimiento de rutina y me aseguraron que sere llamado para participar de la reunion de evaluacion a las 2 pm del miercoles de esta semana por lo que estuve de acuerdo y agradezco se nos tome en cuenta a los familiares de la pasiente Sofia Es un placer para mi ver que la facilidad y el Profecionalismo de los distintos departamentos Gracias de mi parte y mi esposa.

My name is Kerri Morgan, and I am the niece of Tyrone Taylor. I also serve as the Director of Community Health Workers for the AHF Foundation. I am writing to formally express serious concerns regarding my uncle’s current condition and the level of care he is receiving at your facility. At this time, Mr. Taylor is suffering from severe bedsores that have not been properly addressed. Additionally, he has been left in the same clothing for several days without assistance, resulting in poor hygiene and noticeable odor. Despite my aunt, Linda Taylor, providing funds for a haircut, this service has not been carried out. Furthermore, the clothing in his closet is unclean and has a strong odor, which reflects unacceptable living conditions. Our family is deeply concerned and distressed by the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from staff. Multiple concerns have been raised, yet no meaningful action or communication has occurred. This situation is unacceptable, and we are requesting immediate intervention. At this time, we are asking for: * Immediate medical attention for his bedsores * Assistance with hygiene and clean clothing * Completion of the requested haircut service * A thorough review of his living conditions * Prompt communication with our family regarding corrective actions If these issues cannot be resolved immediately, we request assistance in arranging a transfer to another facility where he can receive appropriate care. Please contact his legal guardian, Betty Lovelace, at as soon as possible to discuss this matter. The staff Exemplified professionalism to the highest degree. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and the patients looked well taken care of.
